Ordered Pick Up Sticks for delivery via Doordash. The food I received was completely unacceptable! The chicken was mostly ground to a pulp and the whole bowl was filled with a pool of sauce. The meal was not edible and now I’m without food, and had to pay fees and tip for no reason. I’m really shocked they would plate this up & sell it. Totally unacceptable.

I ordered the chicken and vegetables and it literally had no taste, and they’re was no sauce what so ever! The food was fresh, but that was the only thing good about it. This used to be my favorite place for Chinese but the food has definitely changed… smh

I had the Drunken Noodles with chicken. I was surprised how much chicken was in the dish. Tasted pretty good.

The shrimp dinner was very good. Not a big fan of their White sweet and sour sauce and the chocolate covered fortune cookies add white chocolate instead of milk chocolate like the online menu. It tasted okay but I was disappointed.

This is a mixed bag of frustration, waits, and pretty good food for the prices.
Walking into the place that has a few people in line and nice lit up side, was decent. I got up and ordered and got my number number while waiting for my food. We got general chicken, Mongolian beef, and some wontons. We also go both with rice and chow Mein. The prices are decent and they have a decent menu.
However, after twenty minutes I had to go up and ask the status of my food. Turns out they didn’t start it or had lost it. Another twenty minutes and I go up and ask and my food is sitting there. Very frustrating but the food was great. Just ask for your food after a few minutes or you’ll never get it!

Pick up stick is just a great quick place. But the food doesn’t taste quick, it tastes like a restaurant. The people below who complain about bad food simply doesn’t understand the difference. This place woks fresh to order all your dishes whereas the others cook them and have them sitting in steam baths. So no contest there. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. It’s very clean everywhere and it’s just a great all around place to eat dinner. The family meal can’t be beat! They also have FRESH salads, meaning they throw those greens right there in front of you thru a glass salad bar. Excellent!!

The absolute best way to describe this place is hit and miss. Today they tried to wing it. Our Orange Chicken was in such poor shape we thought it was a wrong order. But sadly it was a old, dark, burnt mess and the Kung Pao wasn’t far behind. When the cooks want to make it a good day, the food is good. Sadly more bad days than good lately which is too bad because I was a fan.

Pick Up Stix has a couple of items that are vegan and vegetarian friendly. My son is vegetarian and he likes their firecracker tofu. and They make a house tofu, chow mein and brown rice that are vegan friendly. They mark their food in the menu for GF and V.
