I’m there most days for an ice matcha. Most of the time they are spot on with service and consistency. But today they failed. I went to the one on Main Street first the ice matcha was horrible so we drove to the one on 19th. Much to my suprise they failed us today. The one on the left was from main and the on on the right was from 19th. They both ended up down the drain. Garbage!!!!! I can tell by how dark the drink was they weren’t right.

I recently visited a Starbucks and had an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome right from the start. What impressed me the most was that they use reusable cups for in-store consumption, which is such a great eco-friendly initiative. Overall, it was a wonderful visit, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I never leave reviews, but I just want to shout out the two baristas that helped me today. My car broke down in the drive-through and they helped push me out and still gave me my food and drink. They went above and beyond and were so friendly. They definitely need to be rewarded!! Thank you!!

I DID ASK FOR 1PUMP OF RASPBERRY SYRUP IN MY MATCHA BUT WAS EXPECTING THE FULL THING TO JUST BE RASPBERRY MILK. If i could give 0 stars I would. My drink arrived with many issues. None of the extras I paid for were in the drink. Both of my drink tasted like bleach and other cleaning products very badly. When I called the girl Sophia was VERY rude and said she was the only one making drink and didnt know why it would taste like that and continued with an attitude until I hung up on her. SOPHIA SHOULD BE FIRED FOR TAMPERING WITH THE DRINKS AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. All the higher up that are contactable have been contacted and a complaint has been out in against her and the store.

I regularly travel all over the PNW and visit Starbucks everywhere I go. This is a stand-out, SUPERB store (there are too few these days). Friendly, fast staff. It’s clean. I’ve been here several times this week and my drinks are consistently perfect. It’s also a great location. I’m grateful for people who still work to offer value & quality with their products & service.

I’m a “regular” in the drive-thru at this location & by that I mean, I’ve been going there pretty much EVERY day for the last 2 years.They have the most amazing staff. Big thanks to my favorite barista, Ariana! I like to think of her as my “coffee angel”. She knows it’s me at the speaker before even seeing me at the window. In my experience, that level of customer service is rare & I appreciate it so much! I’m greeted with a smile & positive attitude every morning, no matter how slammed they are. Sometimes they even write cute messages on my cup… I’m a customer for life!! I’m sure my husband wishes I wasn’t but this is non-negotiable

This place is always busy, especially the drive through. God forbid anyone gets out of their car. Anyway this place gets 5 stars for the team that works there! Great attitude despite the craziness, they are attentive and respectful. Thank you for your hard work.
