I had a saucy experience. We were going to go through the drive thru, but something told us to dine in instead. I’m glad I did because my buffalo chicken sandwich was so saucy, the chicken was slipping out of the bun. I was a mess, but it tasted great. They have self-serve pop machines that were clean and maintained. Cute dining area that was also clean. Friendly employees.

I had a roast beef and cheese and the jalepno poppers with the berry condiment. So good! I probably would skip the cheese next time as it was messy but I ate most and took the rest home to enjoy.

Have stopped here 2-3 times monthly for past 9 years with no problems. Never again! Had coupon sold by Shakopee Sabers Baseball fund raising. Arby’s had “Buy 1 Classic Roast Beef, Get 1 Free. Both Shakopee locations.Expires 3/31/2026.” Was told that they no longer accept them! You just lost several customers!!

THE BEST ARBYS SOUTH OF THE RIVER!
I did a lot of Arby’s coupons in the mail, and really like their food so I frequent the place. After totally striking out at the location on Robert Street in St., Paul I’m happy to get an absolutely delicious meal today at this location. Used the $8 meal deal coupon for a smokehouse brisket with curly fries and an ice tea. Everything was perfect. The sandwich was perfect, the fries were perfect, even the tea was perfect. The fast service, and extremely competent ploy working the drive-through. Didn’t miss a beat and was extremely polite. It was the guy with a piercings.
Love this location, I’ll keep coming back !

I went through drive thru and the manager Nicole was really rude then when I went to the window to pay for my food that was 20.68 all I had was 50.00 in cash and the gentleman at the window said they didn’t have money to give me 29. and some coins he said he was going to check and when I was talking to him the managers closed the window and then he came back to the window and he said they couldn’t give me my order if I couldn’t pay some other way then the manager Nicole said very rude if that’s all you got I can’t give you anything and this was on a Saturday at 5:45pm. How does a restaurant not have 29.00 for changes?

Everything was fine when we were ordering. We ordered two jamocha’s part of our order and when we were waiting for the rest of our order, the lady in the bun (didn’t catch her name) caught an attitude with us because they gave us the wrong shakes. We were caught off guard because we weren’t rude one bit about it. We pulled up to the next window like she asked us, sent a guy to give us the correct shakes and rudely slammed them down before opening the window, picks them up saying, “here, here” as he’s handing my fiancé each shake. Thankfully the next lady was actually nice to us. I personally understand that working in food service sucks, but if you hate your job so much, find a different one. We were kind to you and you brought negativity to us for no damn reason.

Ordered a chicken bacon Swiss meal and the sandwich had No chicken .
Also ordered a smoked brisket meal and asked if I could substitute turkey for the brisket. Ended up getting a bun and turkey. And that’s it.
Won’t be returning to arbys.

I visited this Arby’s and got some curly fries and a sandwich, to help ease my mind after what happened at my home. I registered for a Disney™ account so I could watch my favorite shows, but me, being the little rascal I am, didn’t ask for my parent’s permission. Long story short, I am writing this review from my trap phone, and remember kids, always ask for your parent’s permission before watching the Carbonaro Effect, the name of a hidden camera magic TV show, like the one you are one right now.

I stopped by here after Ren faire last year and was waited on by Nicole. If she’s not the manager, she sure should be!
Shes very helped, very polite, very professional.
She even helped give me information about the area and directions to other local attractions.
