I visited your drive-thru this morning with my son, as I often do. Normally, it’s a very pleasant experience, but today was disappointing. When we asked for straws, the employee (an older tan white woman) tossed them at us and gave a look of disgust, then shutting the window. I don’t know her personally, so I can’t imagine it was directed at me specifically, but it was unprofessional and left us feeling unwelcome.
I wanted to bring this to your attention because this isn’t the level of service we’re used to from your team.
