$$$$ This was my first experience at Roux 30A. The food was delicious! It is a gourmet tasting restaurant, six courses including dessert. The chef takes great pride in his menu and his ability to adjust to seasonal and locally sourced food. Although the tiger prawns were supposed to be from Australia, why not local shrimp? The service is excellent. The atmosphere is cozy with an upscale casual vibe. Roux 30A has a very nice wine list. The waiter will recommend pairings with the courses. Although you can bring your own wine also. Dinner starts at 7 pm don’t be late.

We travel to this area several times a year and each time we come, our meal at Roux 30A is the highlight of our trip. My husband and I are travelers and have eaten at Michelin starred restaurants around the world. Our favorite restaurant? Roux 30A. The food is absolute perfection. I am a vegetarian and my courses are sophisticated and delicious – right along with my husband’s. A big part of the experience is Korey – see picture. He is welcoming, warm, entertaining and knowledgeable – he is an old friend at this point. Shout out to Drew as well who does a great job taking care of us. We will be back … again and again.

Great place for a date night or celebration. Seating is limited… I would say about 36-42 seats total including bar space. My wife made the reservations we knew a little about the restaurant. We had been to a place like this in St. Thomas and loved it. Glad we found a place like it close to home. It is a tasting resturant that gives you in this case decent sized portions of each coarse. Amazing house sparkling wine, and starting off with some kind of salad. The menu changes every Tuesday. Looking forward to celebrating with them again soon! It reminds me of the way I like to entertain at home.

Really nice meal and a great atmosphere. We were there on a Tuesday early, so it wasn’t very crowded and it felt like we were going to a friend’s house for dinner, a very nice dinner. It was a great time. Our server was great and interacting with the chef and sous chefs was cool. Loved the tasting menu. Platings were very precise and the flavor combinations wonderful. Will definitely be back.

My husband and I went to Roux 30A last night. We sat at the bar and were able to watch the chef and his talented team all night. The food was amazing. It’s impossible for me to pick my favorite course as each was just as spectacular as the next. We will definitely be making this spot a must anytime we visit the area. Truly cannot recommend Roux 30A enough. One of our favorite meals and dining experiences. Thank you to the staff for such a memorable night.

2022 update: second visit as enjoyable as the first yet still exceeded expectations. This time we were joined by a wonderful couple who made the evening very special. Our menu seemed more refined and more diverse palate-wise. We hedged our wine options by trying both the Select and Grand Cru pairings with both very enjoyable with the latter having a significant edge. Just make the reservation.

Absolute phenomenal dinner by Chef @roux30a. What a creative mind putting together a 6 course meal for us from local sea and farm to table resources full of unforgettable flavors in every bite. Wine pairing was fantastic and staff service was excellent. Nothing but suburb all around! My only complaint is we don’t have a location near us in GA. Lol. Would travel down 6.5 hours for this experience again.

This was such a beautiful and unique experience. I was hesitant at first because the dining concept is different from what we are used to, especially for an anniversary dinner. I’m so glad that we decided to come here! The chef is just incredible. We loved hearing about each course from him. His passion for sourcing and quality is a breath of fresh air and the dishes are next level! The service was wonderful- it was so comfortable that you almost feel like you are dining with a family. Highly recommend doing the wine pairing!
