Stopped in for a drink and sandwich, ordered at 12:38pm (according to the sticker on my order), a doordasher comes in after I order, I sit down while I wait for my food. The doordasher complains loudly that she’s been waiting for over 5 minutes. The order she was picking up had been there on the counter since she’d arrived. The worker at the end of the bar handled it so politely even though the doordasher was clearly in the wrong. The doordasher makes more of a fuss before leaving. My order is called out, I check the time out of curiosity, it’s 12:42pm. 5/5 stars

1/24/26 the lady with the long black hair needs to check her attitude and not blame a customer. Your coffee was burnt the second round as well. Maybe you should focus on what’s in front of you a bit more.

Been awhile since I killed some time at a SBUX. I ordered a wet cappuccino and grabbed one of the 6 tables available with comfy seating.
I wasn’t greeted upon entering, there were 3 employees working and all were busy so that didn’t bother me much.
The store was clean and modern with ample parking outside. Temp was a little cool indoors but it was also -4 outside with people coming and going.
All in all a consistent and favorable Starbucks experience.

Walked into a wildly inappropriate atmosphere with baristas laughing about the recent tragic events and actually supporting the passing of a prominent public figure. Although we are fortunate to be able to speak our opinions, laughing and gleefully talking about something so serious in front of customers while working is something that can wait until after your shift. No matter what side of the aisle you stand with applauding violent acts against others is never okay.

The employees were not working as a team at all. The worst attitude on the drink maker also, so I’m kinda scared to try my drinks. The cold foam is so thin that I can see my matcha on top even though I haven’t tried it. The strawberry foam from Fargo was actually pink, but they seemed to skimp on the extras here. Please improve the environment of this place bcuz the impact y’all have on people’s day should matter to y’all, Starbucks. If there’s a mobile order, usually they’re made at the same time, or at least close in time, but I had to wait for about 10 minutes between drinks!?! I had one drink sitting right away upon arrival, but had to watch the counter fill up with only one guy doing all the other drinks. Instead of caring to ask me what I needed (as other Starbucks employees usually do) or any type of assistance was not offered by anyone of whom was talking amongst themselves behind him clearly not as busy at all. I heard them talking about Monday… It’s not appropriate to have customers waiting 20 minutes after the mobile order while other workers aren’t trying to help out the team, or customers at all, but selfishly chat as if it’s their playground. I enjoy this Starbucks location, but I’m really really hoping to see improvement within the employment team.
Update after tasting: The coffee tastes bitter while I had “4 extra pumps of apple brown sugar syrup” I didn’t taste at all (I never usually have sweets, and broke my fast right before, so there’s nothing wrong with my taste). The foam has the faintest taste of an artificial strawberry vs last time I’ve received from Fargo when it literally tasted like a strawberry milkshake. 🙁 I just wanted to have a happy experience since that’s what the brand of Starbucks mainly tries to sell right, but ended up in a mood worse that when I woke up after catching these negative vibes. I want to bless all the people at this Starbucks to feel more connected, whole, and to feel the love that comes from making others happy and satisfied. I’m leaving this review to raise anawareness of how impactful y’all are as employees at Starbucks, and not as a stress bringing thought, but rather the opposite. I want y’all to realize y’all matter to make a positive difference in people’s lives since that can spread so far from such small encounters, and y’all will feel better just by knowing you’re making others feel better.

I am a coffee drinker! This Starbucks, in particular, has great coffee (and other drinks and food, hot and cold). But . . . it is the staff that makes all the difference. They are friendly to all sorts and conditions of people. They know their menu. They work together as a team, and they enjoy working together. They are a diverse group of people who make this more than just a coffee kiosk: it is a coffee shop.

Making a quick stop for the first time ever in Fargo, ND, and needed a place for caffeine and a table to work. And sometimes, when you are in a new place, you have to ask for a surprise!
And Danica delivered. I think she said this was her “treat” drink. It was awesome. Always great when people are up for the challenge and have fun with it. I truly appreciate it.
