The service was good and everything like that. They did good on the drinks. I’m just a Caribou person. Lol sorry if they had a drink that was more comparable to the caramel high-rise cooler or the turtle cooler. I’d probably give a better review and like it plays better, but they just don’t have anything of the compares to those two

Went in to get the pecan blended coffee. I had ordered 2 cake pops for my girls but decided on one just cut in half, the worker Jamie gave me 2 bags and 1 bag said; “we got you,” and inside the other bag was the 2nd cake pop I ordered… Such a sweet gesture! 5 star service and coffee taste great with flavor!!!!

I go there all the time and my simple asks are never met. I ask for no berries, I get berries, I ask for light ice, I get heavy ice. Today I went there and got two caramel macchiatos, neither of them were even close to being filled.

I had to look at myself to see if I’m the problem. After reflecting, I realize I am not. A lot of businesses here in Saint Cloud seem to be ok with mediocre service as long as there are bodies in the building. They’re speedy. They’re the first Starbucks I’ve been to where you have to ask for straws. And when you ask the barista for it, it’s like pulling teeth. The cashier was grumpy .
I’ve come back when they first open and that’s when you’ll receive the best service from them.

Was just in the Starbucks ordered a Trenta cold brew cost just shy of $10 tipped five dollars so we’re at $15 now for a cup of coffee. Told the girl taking the order a quarter inch of cream then watch the girl making the coffee note I wasn’t sure if she was making mine so I didn’t speak up and I wish I should’ve Anyway watched your poor 3 1/2 inches of cream in this cup of coffee then turn around and try to give it to me I didn’t order a milkshake. I just turned around and walked out. I’d say that they made $15 but the girl just wasted seven in cream. I’ll never go back never go back and I might be done with Starbucks altogether. This happens way too much you go in there for a cup of coffee not for a milkshake.

This Starbucks is my regular location as it’s the only one downtown. The staff is timely and typically polite but a few people I’ve talked with have been quite abrasive. The drinks are always good and on par. The parking is okay and the lot is sort of weird if you’re coming from across the street.. or maybe that’s just me.
