Who’s bright idea was it to move self-serve cups? You are one of the busiest locations to get coffee but the sip club was a really good deal, I could walk in, grab a cup, and be out of there in a minute. You took the convenience out of the equation. I hope it’s worth the few dollars on swiped coffees. I’m sure it’s really crippling for a business like this.

I was a daily customer at this location before I moved to Florida. This was my favorite way to start the day. Everyone at this location are great people and such hard workers. I will really miss coming to this location. As a daily customer I never once had any issues, ever. Excellent job!!

Had the best experience here with my children! The food was great but the service was even better! Rashma (I think she’s a manger) and Makayla were outstanding. All the staff was great, but these two in particular made our casual dinning experience a trip to remember for my little people (my children).

Panera gives you excellent food for reasonable price. The place is clean and gives you a fast service. Table service means, they bring your food to you, but you bring back the empty dishes. You can also wait for a few minutes and pick up your food. You can order in advance as well. Ordering go through kiosks, you don’t need to stand in line, there is more than enough kiosks.

Dawn was a very condescending and rude manager. Who I actually had sympathy for in the beginning because she was all alone working the front. They had issues with their tablets (they didn’t think to notify or set up signage) so it only had bread options that up charged the customers. Upon addressing the issue with Dawn, she asked me why I would pay for the bread, trying to make a mockery of my actions. However, all I wanted was to transfer my sandwich onto the correct bread, but she instead popped the till open and put a dollar bill in my face. Clearly she is in need for some retraining in customer service and management skills, hoping they take action and give her the training that she needs and in addition the other workers that could have been helping her move orders. There were several names that popped up as ready and disappeared and yet the order was no where in sight. Overall, don’t go to this location unless it’s convenient for you. I would hate more mistreatment of individuals to occur.

Every time I come here for lunch I wonder why I do this to myself. This place often gives an embarrassingly small salad for the $12-$14 you pay. Like is it really worth it to have dissatisfied, hangry customers so that you could save 10-20c on your ingredients per salad? Do you not like repeat business?

I’ve always enjoyed eating at Panera Bread locations but today was my first experience of ordering on line and having curbside delivery during our “ new normal” as a result of the shutdown of all interior dining . I was very impressed by the speed of the masked and gloved waiter bringing out our bag of salads and soup and after checking to make sure that I was the person who ordered the food, delivering the shopping bag to me as I sat in my car.
