I had order matcha waking up in the middile of the night so just I can make my life easier in the morning. I order it through Uber Eats. It came half filled which was weird cause if I wanted grande I would’ve order one I ordered venti. And mind you this is the second time this had happened making my day so much worse it’s wrong to play with peoples money especially knowing that I’m full time student and I worked so hard to be able to order a drink once or twice a week to motivate me for the day.

My husband stopped to get me a coffee for my birthday that was a couple days ago. He got my favorite a venti white choc mocha he gets home I pick it up and think it feels a little light open the lid and it’s not even full! Very disappointing when you spend that much on a special coffee. My husband doesnt drink coffee so he didn’t know any better to look.

I did the drive through not in store. But I was pleasantly surprised by the service at this location! The line moved so quickly and the drive through employee taking our order was incredibly personable, professional and efficient. We got a brunch order (hot items) with drinks for 3 people. And it was quicker than getting a few things at McDonald’s. The food was perfectly warmed and fresh tasting and the drinks were exactly as desired. Definitely a good location with productive employees.

Clearly this location gives preferential treatment to those in the drive-thru. My daughter decided to walk in because the line was very long in the drive thru. I sat and watched as car after car gets served before my daughter comes back out. Come Starbucks!!

Love the variety of hot and cold drinks and not just coffee. Also able to hrab a snack or sandwich for breakfast or lunch. Always service with a smile and a quick bit of conversation, great people here!

They consistently don’t have my mobile drive thru order ready even though I show up several minutes past the pickup time every single time, and they make me pull around to the front of the store, blocking traffic, and usually make me wait at least an additional 10 minutes for my drink. This is one of the least efficient Starbucks in the metro and it’s unfortunate that it’s the only one in Blaine.
Staff are rude and frequently tell customers what they did wrong, which is usually just that I mobile ordered instead of coming inside. I’ve had multiple staff members tell me that Starbucks isn’t prioritizing mobile orders and to not even bother.

Don’t order online ahead a time. I work for doordash and arrived at the store just befor 11am for pick-up for a customer. And had 4 drinks to pick up.3 iced drinks were ready, and was waiting for the last one to be made so I can deliver to the customer. It was a sat morning and yes it was busy, but I noticed and over heard other customers already been waiting for 15-20 minutes for their drinks and were very annoyed. Employees were giving excuses to customers but not getting their drinks to them.by 11:18am I still didn’t get my drinks.i asked how long,and was still told their still making it.the first 3 drinks we’re iced coffee, and by 11:28 they still couldn’t get my drink to me.not sure how much ice we’re in the iced drinks that were sitting on the counter for a half an hr.by 11:30 again they told me there try to be as fast as they can go,but let’s be honest, if the 6 Employees behind the counter were really trying to get drinks out,the 4 other customers besides myself should never have to wait 20+ mins for iced coffee, or any other drink. I also heard from an employee that they are prioritizing drive thru and walk-ins. And walk ins were still waiting 15-mins for coffee. So by 11:30 I told door dash about my problem and gave a refund to the customer. When I left,mad because of the lack of service at this store,the they acted like my order was not important. Disgusting for sure. Avoid this this store if you can,because when I left,there was at least 6 costumers still waiting for their drinks and were mad. There are plenty of Starbucks around,this is one to avoid, trust me.
