I almost don’t want to write this review because I’d love to keep this location my little secret… but it deserves the recognition.
The updated mid-century Scandinavian blend in the furniture and decor makes this Starbucks feel warm, cozy, and intentionally designed. The wood tones, clean lines, soft lighting, and beautiful art create an atmosphere that actually makes you want to stay awhile. It doesn’t feel chaotic or overly commercial like older locations, it feels calm. As someone who likes to study in coffee shops, this has quickly become one of my favorite quiet spots.
The staff also genuinely seem like they enjoy working there. The interactions feel natural, not forced, and there’s a noticeable positive energy behind the counter. It makes a difference when the people working there seem happy to be there.
If you’re looking for a cozy place to focus, read, or just sit with a latte and decompress, this is it.

I absolutely LOVE this location. I have not had any issues with customer service. If there was ever an issue with my order they were happy to fix it for me. I especially want to thank Kaitlyn for making my mornings so much better. She always has a smile on her face every single time I see her. All of the staff are eager to help and greet you with warm smiles. What a great group of hardworking people you have there.

Fast pickup today, and you can see your drinks on the counter right from the pickup parking spot.
Be careful when you open your door next to the patio though if you have a car, the slab is higher than the curb.
Grateful for this location closer to Ham Lake, welcome! Nice to have a coffee shop with indoor seating and south facing windows.

I accidentally placed the wrong order online (totally my fault), Ray, who helped me was incredibly kind and friendly. He didn’t have to, but he offered to remake my drink, and I really appreciated it! Great customer service – thank you for going above and beyond!

they were too busy talking about another customer rather than making sure a drink was made correctly…. didnt even get my food item i waited so long i left. the drink tasted fermented…. the girl in the pigtail braids has an ego problem…. i dont know if she was the manager or what… store was filthy….. dont waste your time here and go to the many other locations

The young lady at the front desk was short with dark hair, didn’t greet me and didn’t seem happy to be there: I think she got frustrated with me because I didn’t choose my drink fast enough because I don’t have the menu memorized so I went ahead and ordered my hubby’s drink than had to look at the menu online to remember what it is I have previously ordered since I am a newer customer Starbucks fan. Then when I got to the register someone else helped me and she was friendlier. She had to request the first girl that helped me to help her with the register when she proceeded to snarl at me when I attempted to talk to her. She’s lucky she hadn’t done that to me outside of business walls. She was very unprofessional and for no reason. Also it was the least busy Starbucks that I have been to in a very long time so there was no reason for it. Our names were not written on our cups and our names were not called when our orders were ready which is Starbucks procedure. This is the very first and the very last time we will be going to this location sadly and we were so excited to find a location so close to our new home.

This is the slowest starbucks i have ever been to. I’ve never waited under 10 minutes for my drink. I order online ahead of time every time I order and its never ready when I get to the store- even if i order 15min before i arrive.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit. For the price this coffee shop charges, I expect a full cup of coffee not one that’s clearly underfilled. It’s frustrating to pay premium prices and get less than what you’re supposed to. It might seem like a small thing, but it makes a big difference when you come here expecting quality and consistency.

Horrible. Just plain horrible. I hated it. Everything about is disgusting. I witnessed management acting a fool to the customers and underlings. They were cruel and couldnt even make a drink! Rediculous, utterly rediculous. I have reported this incident to higher ups and hopefully something will change. They will learn their lesson.
