Im not the type of person to complain since I work at fast food, and cus it’s not worth my time. I just wanted to say Today I got my drink for my mom and I.just wanted to give a heads up My drink had no berries when I wanted them and it was very light. I ordered the cannonball drink last time and it had more color so I expected it that way. I didn’t make a huge deal about it cus I know the workers are doing their best and because it tasted good it’s just it didn’t look good. I’ve gone to this Starbucks since I started driving ( almost 2 years) and I’ve only had great experiences here. I used to go to Burnsville and lakeville but they would always upset my mom with how they made her drinks. Ever since I switched to this location she has never complained again. Which makes me so happy. When I arrive usually some guy immediately helps me. Love this location

I ordered the iced peach green tea, lemonade with three pumps of sweetener and when I went to drink it, it tasted like straight up water with no flavor in it, and it’s really upsetting cause i’ve gotten this drink multiple times and it’s never tasted like this. service was good but the drink was not at all.

I go to my location because I drive a lot for work and this is probably the slowest location that I’ve ever been to. There was only one car at the window ahead of me getting their drink. When I pulled around and after she took my payment she was probably gone for a couple minutes and then came back to the window. First I thought she was working alone but there was two other people in there working and they were just chatting it up. Any other location I’ve gone to no joke. Literally has my drinks ready for me at the window after I pay so it was kind of crazy to go to a location that that was so slow and had no hustle.

Friendly service and I got what I expected. Not particularly remarkable in any way but no bad experiences, either. This location is not particularly fast but even though it has a pretty steady traffic, you never have to wait too long for your order.

Paid 6 dollars for a cup of nugget ice with minimal coffee, and the cold foam was not right! I don’t even think it was on the drink . very disappointed I understand tough times and inflation but seriously Starbucks do better. What a waste of time and money!

I have been a fan of Starbucks for many years, it’s my favorite coffee place by far. Most of my mornings start off with a visit to the drive-thru which I always look forward to. The staff here are some of the kindest people I have ever met, they are always excited to see me and even know me by my order! They make me feel very special and always make my day better. The grilled cheese was fine. The cashier and baristas are friendly and nice, greeted me.
I dined in, not very clean for a pretty slow starbucks around 5pm.
Drink was not good, gave a 3 star for “okay”. I will attach a photo. I ordered an iced decaf Americano with salted cream (that is suppose to sit on top of the drink)
Like a Caramel Salted Cream Cold Brew, except instead if cold brew, it’s an Americano.
What I got, quoting the barista “This is an Americano but the cream that got broken in there.”
I was in a good mood so I just left it, but what I got was a watered down Decaf Americano with mixed foam? And then a layer of foam sitting on top. I think I got like 4 little melted ice cubes floating in this almost room temperature drink.
If you’re an avid coffee drinker you may not enjoy the quality. But if you’re a regular that buys sugary drinks, then I’m sure it’s fine.

This is the best coffee shop I will go if I want to get a cup of coffee but only until today and then I was charged my mind the reason the reason because when I was asking them I was need to redeem the star to get the free bag of the bean and then I was waiting for about 5 minutes on the sunny day and then they are telling me Sorry about that we are not able to redeem my star.that make me not very happy about it
