If I could give this zero stars I would. This store is very unorganized and up until a month ago had a fast drive thru, but that has changed drastically because now it’s super slow every time I go there. Also, one of the baristas there is very unprofessional. Talks about throwing hands a lot, which is kind of weird. And management really doesn’t care about their employees seeing as they are always understaffed. Awful location, will take my business elsewhere.

I ordered a caramel frappuccino today and it had no flavor, was not sweet at all, and tasted nothing like coffee. It was pretty much blended ice in a cup topped with whipped cream.

This location is very unorganized!!! The point of placing a mobile order is that the order is ready for pickup when we arrive after the estimated ready time and especially if 10 extra mins were given for the order to be ready. Arrived at this location and the drink is not even made and had to wait 20 more mins. On top of that the drink wasn’t full to the top, missing the foam (there was hardly any). Other locations have done way better!!! Will not be going to this location anymore!!

i ordered a dragon drink with light ice from this store today, and they ended up making completely wrong and i was aware of this because i work at a different location. i tell the man at the window, this isnt my drink it was made wrong and he argued saying it was correct. (they ended up blending the drink??? it is shaken and is never blended??) and the remade one was 80% ice

My sister and I went through the drive through and paid for our drinks until we noticed we didn’t get the right size for our drinks at all. We asked for mediums because we don’t normally go to Starbucks, but we’re still aware of the size differences. We told the worker we got mediums and they replied back with a tone saying that they are, knowing thats their small cups. Along with that, since we got Frappuccinos, we expect the typical whip cream swirl. There was almost no whip cream. My sister was upset and went back inside to get more whip cream on both drinks, and she came back complaining about how the workers treated her. Im disappointed we overpaid for the drinks we got and frustrated about how the workers treated us, Never again.

Love this place. They’re everywhere. I just got 2 drinks for the price of one. My favorite is the Americano with extra room, then I put about an inch of cream in it and it’s almost like a latte, but less expensive. This is a newer store. They’ve needed one here for years. The competition has had it locked up for too long. Now I can go shopping and come out and get my favorite drink. The store is also very clean, up to date and has lots of comfortable seating. Best of all, I order ahead through the app and they had my drink waiting for me when I arrived.

This location is awesome. Baristas are incredibly efficient, extremely knowledgeable and well-versed of the menu. The store feels open with ample seating and a welcoming environment. This is the perfect place for homework, applying for jobs, or just meeting up with an old friend.

Typically I really like this Starbucks and sometimes I get it the line can be long. But this has been multiple times where they just fill the glass with ice… Like I like ice, but this is ridiculous I feel like for a venti I get no coffee.
I’m sure I will get Starbucks again but from this point on I guess I’m going to have to ask for no ice?
