Thank you for your amazing customer service Lilly!! Your kindness and attention to detail is Amazing!! You are a wonderful asset to Star Bucks. I will be returning when I can just because you showed such kindness to me. Thank u startbucks for hiring such a wonderful employee!! The only issue i have ever had is what Starbucks stands for. The other thing i like to mention is that if employees want a tip they should pay attention and say thank u as the card is rung through.?(it’s easy to see if the total paid is more then the price, we have included a tip)Tips are earned not promised. I appreciate your employees today!!

I’m not a frequent Starbucks visitor because the corporation is constantly doing the most to make the world a worse place to be despite the efforts of their employees, but I’ll come in to spend a gift card once in a blue moon. The quality has definitely gotten worse since the last time I was in to get something. The individual location was alright and there was nothing the employees did wrong unless my drink was funky because of an error. If you must go somewhere, I guess this is fine, but your money is better spent elsewhere.

Food and service were excellent as always. The environment is where Starbucks falls flat, as usual. It is not handicapped accessible, it’s too loud, it’s uncomfortable, there’s no “third-place” feeling anymore, and it would have been nice to have an outlet accessible. Instead of focusing on unnecessary messages on cups and uniform changes, make Starbucks a place people want to be and can access. If I can’t open a door on a bad flare day, I have to just go home. That’s not accessible and not acceptable.

(8/16) We came early in the morning and was helped by Emma and she was very friendly. We bought one of the cups on sale, which she happily price checked for us! We swung by later for some lemonade drinks and Emma greeted us with a big smile and helped us pick out another cup and wash it fast so we could put our lemonade in! Thank you, Emma!! 🙂

You know how there’s are Starbucks locations that before you even walk in, you can tell your iced coffee will be burnt?
That’s not the case here. The staff was friendly, moved with a sense of urgency, and paid great attention to the beverage routine.
Loved this journey for me

The drinks have been wrong more than once. Today my daughter ordered a Pink Drink, which it clearly states on the side of the cup and yet they wrote Apple Juice on the top with a smiley face. My daughter said it was wrong but the worker handed it to her anyway, then laughing asked if there was anything else. Embarrassed and feeling bad for holding up the line, my daughter just drove off. Pay attention to your workers, Starbucks. People don’t pay over $5 for the wrong drink and to be treated poorly!!

This location is one of the worst in the area. Service tends to be slow and not very friendly. The outdoor seating area is the worst I’ve been to, wedged between the parking area and cars waiting in the drive through. You’ll like it if you enjoy an exhaust aroma with coffee.

I drove thru here this afternoon and asked for my drink to be made at the “kids temp”, something I clearly mentioned because I needed to drink it quickly before heading to an evening meeting. When I picked it up, I asked again if it was “kid’s temp” and was told yes… but it definitely wasn’t even though the sticker said “warm”. I ended up having to go back and ask for ice just to cool it down enough to drink quickly.
On top of that, the drink I ordered is one I get 4–5 times a week and is a standard item on the menu. It’s normally priced consistently, but here it was rung up as a totally different custom drink (with added syrup and almond milk charge) that pushed the price up by another $.80..
What made it more frustrating? I was prompted for a tip before receiving a drink that was both incorrectly made and overcharged.
There’s another Starbucks nearby, and next time I’ll be going there instead. This location just didn’t meet the mark today.

The music is so loud every time I am here and when I ask workers to turn it down it seems like it’s barely turned down. I know I’m not the only person with this problem because I have a handful of friends who do not like to come to this location because of the music. Could you please turn it down, so it is easier to read/focus/study? Thank you!
