Genuinely the worst Starbucks’ I’ve ever been to. Baristas are rude and don’t make drinks to standard. I’ve lived in MN, CA, TX, FL and SC but I’ve never had as many messed up drinks as I’ve had at this store. I’m a Starbucks lover, always wanting my little drink and I loathe that this is the one I live next to now. From grounds in my coffee to acai’s unmeasured. I’ve gone into the store to watch them before and I’ve genuinely never seen them use the measurement shaker they’re meant to. When I’ve asked baristas to remake drinks, they’ve actually argued with me which is the most shocking thing as someone who was a Starbucks barista for 3 years. I get it, sometimes people ask for insane things and it’s annoying when they don’t know what they’re asking for but in terms of the strawberry açaí – literally just make it to standard? I even tried one time, pic attached, to get them to not pour way too much açaí base in it by asking for a grande size in a venti cup but yet still it was all base. Anyways, end of rant. I wish someone would fix this store so I didn’t have to personally quality check every drink I get and could just grab and go.

20 years of great service, perfect coffee, great food, and atmosphere & staff. It’s absolutely my favorite Starbucks location. My go-to items: white chocolate mocha, carmel Frappuccino, any seasonal latte, yogurt parfait, and vanilla mini scone. Cheers!

Really impressed with this Starbucks! The space is super clean and open, with plenty of outlets. The staff was genuinely attentive, which gave it more of a boutique coffee shop vibe than your typical chain experience.
Only downside is the limited amount of seating, there’s a great atmosphere, but not a guaranteed spot if you’re planning to work or study for a while.
Still, definitely worth a visit!

Everyday he is happy and greets me with a smile!
When I pull up to the speaker he recognizes me and greets me by name, remembers I take a straw with my drink and hands me it with a smile!
