One of our favorite Starbucks places! We are new to the area and got our first treat as a back to school special after and the kids loved their drinks and smiley faces! And of course the pups loved theirs too ☺️

I ordered two drinks and proceeded to the window to pay with a $50 bill. Unfortunately, I did not have any smaller bills or my debit card with me. I was informed that my payment could not be accepted because there was not enough change available. This resulted in a wasted trip, which was frustrating. I was surprised that a business would be unable to accommodate a common form of payment due to a lack of change. I will spend my $ else where

First time at the Menasha location just now and it took 22 minutes to get my mobile order. Once I got it it had 4x the amount of syrup~ and the wrong flavor~ that I asked for.
I’ll try again next winter one day. Maybe they’ll have learned to take rushes one step at a time. I was impressed with watching their work until I got mine messed up and realized they were straight rushing instead of rushing and reading simple labels correctly… too bad. This is why I stopped corporation coffee shops to be fair.

They definitely have some good coffee item on our menu, but they’re not always made consistently the same way. The atmosphere is quite relatable to a coffee shop not the quietest place in the world and the easiest to get things done when they’re busy but I like going there.

I love the Neenah Starbucks! I am always greeted like a friend. My orders are always perfect. No matter how busy they are, the service is fast, the workers are so nice and I feel appreciated.

I was having a bad day and ordered via drive thru. Then, as I was preparing to pay had realized I didn’t have my wallet. I asked to hold my order to run home and get my wallet. The person working it, Sage, was incredibly kind offered me my sandwich in good faith that I’d come back to pay. It genuinely meant so much to me, but even more so when I came back to pay and get my drink to find a note on my drink that has me in tears.

Way to congested in drive through . And extremely slow for the amount of people waiting on a sunday morning. That i couldnt get to church on time. So i didnt even attempt to go.
