Had a wonderful brunch here today! We both ordered the lobster eggs Benedict which we both thought was the delicious. The breakfast potatoes on the side were so crunch and delicious. We also shared the Korean BBQ wings which we thought were the best wings in the area! We have always had a good meal when we go to Duke’s.

Let me start by saying that this experience was hands-down among the worst in over 40 years. I was staying in the hotel that was attached to this “restaurant” and had a $10 off coupon, which was enough to encourage me to try it out. Boy was that a mistake.
The staff was clearly overwhelmed by the 15 customers that were dining there that evening and unable to juggle the bar-top and eat-in customers. I ordered a burger and fries and the wait began. Ultimately, I waited for over 1 hour and 10 minutes for the meal to come, and it never did. I was near the entrance to the kitchen and the woman who took my order had to pass me every time she walked by, so it was very clear that I was still waiting. Not one time in that 1+ hour of waiting was a “hey, we’re still working on your order.” or “I’ll check on your food for you.”
The inability of the staff to manage a small number of customers between the three wait staff was baffling at best. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the amount of time it was taking, there was not a single apology, attempt to express the food, or anything. Clearly will not be back and encourage you to AVOID this establishment.

We were taking a trip to Burlington on Valentine’s Day to do an escape room double date with another couple we are friends with. We were looking at food options a week before the trip and decided on Dukes after we looked at the menu. I’m very picky with food and my wife’s friend has a gluten allergy so we booked a reservation after seeing that the menu had many options for myself and gluten free items for my wife’s friend. When we got there and were seated we were handed a limited Valentines menu with only 4 options. Very expensive ones at that. 110$ for one entree. The limited menu was not stated anywhere when we booked the reservation and if we knew that we wouldn’t have gone. There should have been something that said there would be a limited menu when we booked. When I asked if we could order from the regular menu we were told no, the only thing they had available from the regular menu was fries. The waiter was extremely rude to us when we said that we were going to leave then since we were not aware of the limited menu with only 4 choices. Terrible experience

We ended up going back for dinner… It was phenomenal. Terrie our server was perfection, awealth of information and offered great menu suggestions as well as local offerings.
We met Nick, the manager, and had a lovely talk with him about the restaurant and craft cocktails.
Chef Steve’s food is outstanding! The layering of flavors are a treat. Beautiful plate presentation!

Hi! Came in Sunday night. 3 other customers. Ordered 3 courses.The last to go. Everything was good except bartender couldn’t be bothered to help me box up my leftovers even after a 20% tip. Kept asking if I wanted it to take with me,but couldn’t be bothered to help me.Super disappointed.

All five stars go to Frank — he was an outstanding bartender who worked hard all night and made the experience great. I highly recommend sitting at the bar when he’s there! Service at the tables was slow, though; our server only stopped by twice over about two and a half hours. If you’re looking for great service and energy, the bar with Frank is definitely the place to be.

Went for apps and drinks with friends. We got tons of food, Mozz sticks, salads, wings, fries, tuna, spinach dip etc. my favorite was the gnocchi ala vodka. The cocktails looked great and our server was awesome. he was friendly and attentive. My only wish is that they had mocktails on the menu.

Our waitress was great but it ended there. There were only four or five other tables there when we arrived for brunch, our omelettes took 40 minutes to come out of the kitchen and were both undercooked. I tipped our waitress $45 of our $100 dollar gift card so we didn’t have to come back.
