I went here to get a mocha cookie crumble. When the barista handed it to me I noticed it was white in places all the way to the bottom. It tasted horrible. If I where to guess, they put whip cream and coffee in it. What a waste of $10 and I even left a tip. Never again…

Got my drink today & it seemed light, so I didn’t take a sip & brought it home to measure. Sure enough…it was short by 4 oz. The grande size is supposed to be 16 oz & my drink was less than 12oz. I guess I just need to make it at home.

We went in to relax from driving. Handicapped parking and,building access. Restroo.s too, very clean. Fast and friendly service, sat down to eat med coffee, bagle w cream cheese, 2 sausage cheese biscuits. Table was clean as was the eatting area. Very nice about 18 bucks and 1 dollar tip.

They’re open at 4:30am,they fill the coffee to the brim and they insert a little do-dad so the beautiful black liquid gold doesn’t spill while taking it to its final destination. What’s not to love?! 5 stars!!! Way to go Wausau Starbucks

I don’t review big chains like Starbucks unless something really sticks out. This Starbucks made our day, yes they were quick, yes it was good, but one of our drinks had a beautiful message, well I guess brewtifull! They wrote have a brewtifull day with a big smile. On a second day of 5+ hours of driving that was a big lift. Thank you Starbucks crew! I had avoided Starbucks for their stances on some racial issues, but this shows some pure compassion and kindness

Girl taking orders/at the drive thru window on 4/21/24 at 8am didn’t listen to me ordering and didn’t put down oat milk when ringing in my drink. Attitude when taking my order. When she handed me my drink I said “oh I asked for this with oatmilk” because it wasn’t listed on the cup. she goes “you didn’t ask for it but I’ll remake it for you I guess” with HUGE attitude. I said “I did ask for it.” she rolls her eyes and closes the window, comes back after a second and says “the barista heard you say oatmilk and made it right”…… so I DID say it? right? Cool it with the attitude, I was nothing but nice. How embarrassing for her. I’ve worked in drive thru coffee for 2 years, not hard to listen and not hard to be polite. Mistakes happen, but with the service I received when correcting said mistake I had to leave a review.
