Food is consistently great on the occasions that I need to eat on the road. This has become my go to when I’m in the area. The workers are friendly and accommodating (with the exception of one teenage girl who literally talked on the phone the whole time and never spoke or made eye contact but rather just took my money and threw the food out the window) but that accounts for one bad experience amongst many examples of friendly service. 5 star overall for me.

Lobby lids/condiments were empty. When I went to counter to ask for a lid I was blatantly ignored then finally someone got rude and said what do you want. Store was dirty. Employees not in uniform. One was literally wearing drag. Will not waste my money here anymore.

Overall 4 star is based on cleanliness of the restaurant, the crew is super polite, the food has been fresh every visit and that’s why I keep going, if they can find improvement on clean of eating area and restrooms they’ll get that fifth star

I know it’s fast food, so I shouldn’t expect a 5 star experience…but this was one of those “you had one job..” moments. I ordered a sausage biscuits and gravy meal. That’s it. Looked in my bag before leaving and seen my container, so I figured I was good. Got home… no gravy. Drove all the way back up there, and they gave me the gravy and didn’t even offer to give me a new, hot meal! I love paying over $8 for garbage. Next time I have a craving I’ll make my own biscuits WITH gravy
