This place felt very unhygienic. There were multiple flies sitting on the food kept in the display. When I asked the staff about it, they said the food is “only for display” and not sold.

Even if it’s not sold, having food exposed with flies on it is unpleasant and unprofessional. What was more disappointing is that they didn’t seem concerned or willing to replace the food or address the issue.

Cleanliness matters, especially in a food establishment. I wouldn’t feel comfortable returning unless hygiene standards improve.

45 minutes for one drink. 45 minutes. 45. As in 3/4 an hour. For awful coffee. In that amount of time I could have got out of my car, run to a much better coffee place, and get back all before they are halfway done with a pink drink. Staff are also rude and don’t seem to care about the wait time. I didn’t even wait the longest, there were still 3 people behind me. For terrible expensive coffee? Save your money. Go to Liv’s.

Not sure what happened usually its pretty good but I ordered my normal drinks and when i got home All drinks i bought was messed up. One drink was even curdled(5 min drive)

We pulled up and saw 8+ cars in the drive through and we were in a rush to get to an appointment so we decided to go in and order. There were multiple staff members in there working on various drinks for drive through customers. There was nobody waiting in line inside but it took 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge we wanted to order. I ordered 2 fairly simple drinks (chai latte & refresher). Only 1 person came in after us, it took an additional 20 minutes to get our order, while the drive through was moving right along. The last car we saw in line when we went in got their order way before us. Moral of the story- if you go in and wait you will be on the back burner, just do the drive through.

Went to get my vanilla bean scones through the drive thru…i dont get coffee because its too inconsistent and really not good. Not to mention all the items they discontinued. So I order and sit in the drive thru and its not until I get to the window she tells me they are out! Are you for real? Its 9am and they are out of scones. Seriously whos the buyer? I wasted 20 mins in your drive thru and your baristas dont know or communicate the status of your inventory? Good help is so hard to find anymore.

I like starbucks, but this location needs help! There’s 2 people working trying to keep up with a giant line of people plus online orders. They need more staff to help keep up. I ordered my drink 30 minutes before I was able to get service. Once I told them what my order was, it took 2 minutes to make.
The staff is doing their best. They’re just clearly understaffed.
What’s the point of ordering ahead if I have to wait 30 minutes regardless?

If I could rate lower, I would. My daughter has Celiac (Gluten Allergy) very bad. My girlfriend brought her to this Starbucks and asked if they could check one of the drinks My daughter usually gets since she is still learning. Not very busy at all and is a harmless thing to ask. She was told that “We dont have time to check for little things like that”. I am hoping this isn’t a Starbucks issue and just the store itself, but Im saving myself a hospital trip for her and will no longer give this business any money

Made what was supposed to be a quick stop on our way to an event about 11 AM because I had a gift card. Wasn’t even greeted for five minutes and there was no line. Took almost 25 minutes for one iced drink, with no espresso shots needed. It really wasn’t even that busy, staff just didn’t seem to prioritize or get organized. Everyone’s drinks are taking way longer than they should. I won’t be returning to this location.
