I am so so angry and upset right now!
I went to Starbucks to get a drink and this is a Venti cup! Over half the cup is just full of ice! I took 2 small sips at first and I got a brain freeze because my drink was so extremely cold because of all this ice! I barely got to drink this and it was gone! This is ridiculous! Seriously! Starbucks is expensive yes so thats why I only go here every once in a while to treat myself, but I can see that it’s pointless and totally not even worth it anymore if this is how they are making the drinks. Its like I ordered a Venti Iced Ice. I just can’t! This is straight up thievery!!! So so sad! I guess I will have to go to Dunkin when I want to treat myself…

This is my go to Starbucks and honestly the best in the greater Milwaukee area! They used to be located on 76th street next to kopps and relocated to this location, which strategically was a smart decision given they have a drive-thru now.
I’m a regular and come here daily, the staff is very friendly and they always make the drinks right, if they make a mistake they will remake your drink free of charge. Best time to come is early morning, after lunch (12 pm), or after 6pm to avoid the rush but typically they still pump out the orders very fast, you also have the option to mobile order on the app and pick up in person to avoid lines and waiting.
The menu constantly changes with the season and they are always adding new items, some which are pretty tasty. They have several food options for vegans, vegetarians, and those on other dietary restrictions as well, which also applies to the drinks. You can dine in or out, with the option to eat on plates or drink out of mugs if you desire, the only negative is the interior is a little small but cozy overall.
My go to drink is an ice shaken espresso with 2 pumps of caramel, 2 pumps of classic, sometimes adding cinnamon powder, try it out as it’s a game changer! Otherwise I love the black pike place coffee and extra hot cappuccinos with 4 pumps caramel added.
The biggest complaint is they close at 9pm, I wish they were open later until 10pm or 11pm to capitalize on the 3rd shift crowd who has to go to work such as myself. The local Yemeni coffee shops which are open later have lousy coffee compared to Starbucks. Corporate if you see my review please allow some Starbucks locations to stay open later because you are losing profit, these local Yemeni coffee shops are trying to corner the market because you close early so take note. They can’t compete with Starbucks, I support Starbucks as a Muslim man myself and I highly recommend this location!

Alright. I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a hot minute now with it being so close to my home, but today, I had the privilege of being served by Jenn.
Let’s take a moment for Jenn. She is literal sunshine in human form. She was kind, took her time, spoke slowly, asked questions, smiled, and was overall WONDERFUL.
Yes I’ve had mistakes on drinks I’ve had in the past from this location, but I never took the initiative to ask that they correct the mistake (which I’m sure they would’ve). 95% of the time, my drink is perfect, exactly how I ordered it.
I gotta say though, Jenn will keep me coming back to this location for the sole reason that she completely flipped my frown upside down.

The staff here is the absolute best. The only Starbucks in the area where they greet you when you walk in. They are fast and friendly. They are no longer on my way to anything with their new location but I’m happy to stop in every morning.

The staff here are so amazing. I came in with my two kids, 7yr and 1yt. After my 7 year old needed her drink remade, my 1 year old knocked over my full venti PS chai. The staff were super nice when I told them that it would all by sticky over where we were sitting. Even offering to remake my drink again. Aside from all that, they even brought out coloring pages and crayons.

Best location ever! I always have the greatest experience here, but today they went above and beyond. The app wasn’t working and they gave me my drink for free since I couldn’t access my points . They didn’t have to do that, but they did and it was beyond kind. It’s been a rough couple of weeks and something as simple as a kind gesture like that turned things around. Thank you so much!
