We go to Pizza Ponte a lot as it’s my son’s favorite pizza place in the area. The service is always friendly. It can get busy and hard to find a place to sit, even outdoors. The food tastes good and you get a big slice. My only complaint is that the pizzas get a bit soggy and I like a bit of a crisp, crunch when I bite down. Having grown up in New York, I’m a bit partial to thin slice NY style pizzas, that hold up when you fold them.

Popped in for a slice. Really looking forward to a large NY style slice. Definitely large slices but unfortunately forgettable to be honest. Cheese was good and sauce was lite and bright. For me it’s all in the dough. The crust could have been cooked more to get a little bitterness with a touch of char. There was a slight gum line under the sauce that would have benefited from a little more time in the oven. Pizza is cooked and flashed in the oven to order. I didn’t get a good snap to the crust even with a flash at the end. If they are going for high profit with low cost to them, then they nailed it. Understandable for Disney guests and families. Just a little bit more effort could have made the difference between 3 and 5 stars. Wouldn’t return for a $7.50 pizza slice unless they found a way to put a little love in it.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat with my wife and son. The restaurant was super busy but the staff was very accommodating. The food was decent and the prices are fair. I’m giving this 4 stars for the hard working staff that made sure my family could find a place to sit and enjoy our food. It meant a lot for us, especially me. If your looking for a quick grab and go pizza spot, I would recommend it. Giving the location it gets busy later in the day.

Modern and chic restaurant located in Disney Springs area. This Pizza Ponte is nearest to the Lime Garage. Deliciously amazing pizza that reminds you of a NY style pizza and or Chicago style. Flavorful and impactful sauce and cheese. Very large in size even just for a slice. Family friendly. You may eat inside or in their small patio outside. Today I visited Pizza Ponte and was overlooked as a customer and the customers behind me were serviced before me. I informed the staff of their error, but no effort was made to rectify the matter that slightly escalated. Customer Service needs to be re-examined.

This location is known for their huge slices and wine pops, and while I can see why, I can also easily say this isn’t my favorite food spot or pizza. Staff serving the pizza wasn’t friendly, though the cashier certainly was. The pizza wasn’t anything special compared to what you can get anywhere else. I can see the draw for vacationing families and kids who love pizza though. This is a great spot for pizza by the (huge) slice. A couple of options available for vegetarians. Seating available inside and out. If you need pizza more custom tailored or accommodating to dietary restrictions/vegan, Blaze Pizza is around the corner and would be a more suited option for that.
