I ordered a traveler box to be picked up during their busy time (called the day before and said what I wanted and when I’d be there to pick it up). I was a little early but the coffee was just finishing brewing–they just needed to fill the box. Everyone was friendly, cheerful, and helpful.

I had a very frustrating experience today that needs to be addressed.
I ordered a peppermint mocha Frappuccino with extra Frappuccino chips. When I got to the drive-thru window, I told the employee (her name was either Ryne or Rayne, not fully sure) that I had two gift cards and asked if she could tell me the balance on them. Instead of checking the balances, she immediately charged one of the cards. That alone wasn’t a huge issue since I planned to use them anyway, but it was still the first mistake.
The second issue was more confusing. I was handed a hot peppermint mocha coffee, which makes no sense considering I ordered a Frappuccino with extra Frappuccino chips. Anyone familiar with Starbucks knows Frappuccino chips are meant for cold blended drinks, ordering them in a hot drink would cause them to melt. That made me question whether my order was actually listened to.
The drink was remade, but it was still incorrect. The Frappuccino was missing the chocolate shavings on top of the whipped cream, which normally come with this drink, and there were no Frappuccino chips at all, just a small amount of cookie crumble. I paid extra for add-ins I didn’t receive, and the drink honestly tasted terrible.
I went inside to address the issue and asked for the employee’s name, but no one would provide it, saying it was against policy. I find that odd, especially since employees are supposed to wear name tags. One employee I asked wasn’t even sure who made the drink and guessed it might have been “Rayne or Catrina.”
I’ve been ordering this exact drink for a long time and have never had it messed up like this before. The lack of attention to detail, communication, and accountability made this experience very disappointing.

Terribly understaffed. My drink taste like water. It’s like you guys do the drive through before everyone inside. Faith was not helpful at all. She didn’t add cinnamon on top of my foam. She had an attitude. Everyone in there had an attitude besides the cashier. Watched someone ask her to grab him something and she told him she couldn’t do it to go talk to someone else.. he sat there for a minute before another worker asked what he needed and that worker got it for him right away.. was inside for 25 minutes for 2 drinks, a sandwich, and 2 cake pops. Unbelievable. Either get more workers or close this down.

I visited this location at approximately 5:15 p.m. on 11/25/25 to place an order for a protein matcha latte. While ordering through the drive-thru, the employee entered the incorrect item on the screen. I waited, assuming the mistake would be corrected, but instead she asked, “Do you need anything else?”

I informed her that the item displayed was incorrect and clarified that I wanted a matcha protein latte, not a regular protein latte. At that point, the employee went completely silent and stopped taking my order without explanation. It appeared she no longer wanted to assist me.

Given that this is not the first time I’ve experienced poor service at this location, I attempted to call the store to report the issue. The person who answered the phone responded with “Okay, thanks,” and immediately hung up, offering no acknowledgment or resolution.

This level of customer service at this location is unacceptable. I have already called corporate and will be letting the district manager know also. So ridiculous.

Very slow understaff, no regard for dine in customers. You will wait 30 minutes for 1 coffee, they only service the drive thru customers efficiently. They need to close if starbucks can’t staff the location.

Today I had a horrible experience with a VERY nasty/rude worker(bigger set, black women with glasses; dont have her name). I was missing multiple drinks from my tray, & gave it back to the worker at the window to add them on my tray. She then decided to LEAVE MY DRINKS OUTSIDE in the cold outside of the drive thru window instead & closed the window on me. I have never been treated SO POORLY by a Starbucks EVER. I will NEVER be back. ZERO OUT OF 10 STARS; DO BETTER!!!

They suck at making cafe latte bereve from mornings to nights and It would be nice for the gm to come in hire nicer people and people who can do there jo I even asked that if they cant measure everything correctly dont make it and they still said they could and messed it up I normally would call and replace it but I have had this issue everutimd I come here
And now I e waisted my money cause they to lazy on both shifts to train and measure properly

So I thought I should leave review and hopefully help make thise changes

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Starbucks on 76 & Good Hope. When I attempted to pay with a $100 bill, the employee—Lily, as I believe—handled the situation with a clear lack of training and an unpolished attitude. She examined my bill as if it were counterfeit, despite not using a marker or any proper method to verify it. It was obvious she didn’t know how to read or handle currency.

After already taking and scrutinizing my money, she then told me she wasn’t sure if she had enough change to accept it and handed it back. The entire exchange left me feeling embarrassed and stereotyped, as though I was doing something wrong simply by paying with legitimate cash straight from the bank.

This level of ignorance and unprofessionalism is unacceptable for a company of Starbucks’ reputation. Staff should be properly trained on currency handling and taught how to speak to customers with respect. I left highly disappointed and with a negative impression of this location’s standards.

I went to Starbucks today, but my brother-in-law. We wanted to order, but the employees looked at us and did not greet us or take our orders. We left and went to Dunkin’ Donuts. I will never go to this location again. The service is terrible.

The morning shift is great, nice, kind, polite and they work hard! I heard Kris who I assumed was the manager letting the others know she appreciates them, and was thankful for their hard work. I loved hearing her give them a motivational boost and how she worked every station to help because I know those morning orders have to be a pain, so busy!
