Been here several times. It’s a nice location, with a variety of seating options, including an outside patio. The staff are always pleasant and they make a nice Chai Latte. This time the dining room was extremely cold. Had to put the jacket back on.

This is my go-to starbucks before I go to work, sometimes im visiting 3-4 days in a row if its a rough work week for me lol. Always very accurate with my drinks and most of the staff are very friendly.
My only complaint is the few times now in which I went in-store for my order during a rush, a lady who i assume is a shift manager is shouting at an already-stressed team to “put the sticker on the cup, write on the cup, and make the drink!”
I thought the little notes were cute at first until I found out it was a corporate-enforced policy that is now required and is adding unnecessary time to make people’s order (when the staff is already feeling the pressure/stress of getting drinks out quick during a massive rush). It seemed like the shift manager wasnt concerned much with the stress of the team but moreso the time in which the drinks were put out. Just felt like she could’ve been supporting her team better than just shouting at them.
Love the drinks, love the baristas, love this location. Just wish the best for the team and for the Starbucks Co. to do better for their people instead of focusing more on profit.

I think Starbucks is overrated but my sister loves it so I find myself here sometimes. The staff is very friendly though especially the girl who took our order, Isa was her name, VERY nice person, keep her on the register. She makes a difference.

Absolutely love the staff here. Always friendly and never make mistakes (at least with my orders). This is the only starbucks in Milwaukee that I order from. Plus sometimes you get cute messages on your drinks 😉

There were 9 employees all hustling and bustling this morning around 8am. Sarah was amazing at the counter under pressure. My beverage came out quickly. Dining area was clean and well put together based on the amount of traffic. Love it keep up the great work team.

Went thru the drive thru today 8/29/25 and ordered a tall Vanilla Sweet Cream cold brew and cheese danish. Took a drink and the lid was not on. Coffee all over me and my car seat. Not happy. At least it was not a hot drink. I called Starbucks. They took my name and will be given to the Supervisor. Let’s see what happens when I return
