I love a char-grilled hamburger, but I doubt that their regular burger patty is 4 oz. It looks and feels significantly smaller than a Quarter Pounder, as tasty as it is. It’s more akin to one of the skimpy beef patties you would find on a Big Mac®. Too much bun for so little meat.

The food here isn’t bad, but there’s possibly something shady going on. I was not handed a receipt, but the total was correct, as was the debit to my account. Fast forward 2 days and now the transaction amount was updated to double what it originally was. It’s possible they kept my receipt and wrote in this amount as a tip. My debit card app always notifies me when a transaction is updated when leaving tips…. I would avoid this place simply for this reason.

I’m really starting to not like this location more & more. They always overcharge me when I go. They say they only have one drink size, but that’s a lie, sometimes they give you a small cup but charge you for a bigger size & other times I’m given a large cup size. I think $7 for an order of cajun cheese fries is a little ridiculous. I can get better fries for that price at a fair. & they’ve definitely cut down on their portion sizes, but jacked up the prices. The last two times I’ve went, I got fried okra but it was overdone one time, & today it was completely burnt. I could smell it before I even took the tray out of my bag. They burnt it so bad it burnt holes in the tray. That’s just nasty, I can’t eat that. I doubt anyone can. The workers are always rude & are not very professional. The only convenient thing about this location is that it’s close to home & work.

this restaurant has probably the most consistently bad service i have ever had. drive thru is a nightmare. i have to repeat my order 3 times before they get it right. they argued with us at the window about what we ordered. they always seem to be annoyed that customers are there. service is extremely slow also. i’m in the food industry and i know customers can be annoying, but the service in this place is genuinely appalling. the only good thing about this location is that the food is good.

Drove up to order and the girl said one moment while waiting on a car at the inside lane. Finished the order and that car left. The car behind them pulled up to order and the same girl started taking their order instead of coming back for my order. Drove to a parking location and went in to see if I could get quicker service. Nope. Tables were dirty and no staff. Or hidden somewhere else. Drov across to BK and ordered and going down the road before the guy was leaving the window at Cookout. Thanks BK. good job.

When I went to order inside there was coke or something all over the carpet. My shoes stuck to the carpet. I told them about the didn’t care and didn’t want to be bothered. I got a hotdog and they changed for the chili and slaw extra. When I got it, it didn’t have a pinch of slaw on it. Again they didn’t want to be bothered. Whet to sit down and tables were not clean. I went to get some salt for the fries and again they didn’t want to be bothered. We will not go back or recommend any one else to go and eat there!!

I’ve been several times lately to dine in. The dining room has has been dirty each time. The last time all the tables were dirty and there were napkins all over the floor. This time I had to clean a table off in order to eat at it. It wasn’t a case where it was busy.
