This Starbucks by far has the most relaxing atmosphere. I absolutely love it. It is so spacious. The staff is bubbly; the drinks are made to perfection and the desserts are baked amazingly. We had the pink drink and the Carmel macchiato. The pink drink is so refreshing. You must get it with the coconut milk! The Carmel macchiato is Carmelly delicious. The lemon loaf was so incredibly tangy. You can sit and enjoy the environment as long as you want with no stress. You gotta go and enjoy an afternoon at this wonderful hidden jewel in Wauwatosa!

The only time I’ve ever went to Starbucks and asked for a water & couldn’t receive it was at this location. I had to use 100 stars to just get any thing just to get WATER. The black girl with the heart tattoo on her face tried to tell me this is Starbucks policy. Seeing that I readily have stars available I’ve been at starbucks MANY times before. Usually purchasing something this time I just simply wanted water for my 7 year old son after his football practice he just really likes Starbucks that’s why we went there … also ANY OTHER restaurant I’ve been to will literally just give you water. Never returning again to this location.

IN RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE: Please stop handing out drinks that are half full. This happens on a very regular basis and for the price customers pay, there is no reason for it.

All three drinks were filled just over half way filled. Noticed only after we pulled away to get to our destination.
For the price paid at these locations, I really fail to see why it is so common to get only a portion of what you order.
This should be common sense to fulfill an order AS ordered.

Ordered a latte no foam, the first drink i got was with foam, I politely told the barista and she aggressively dumped it out in front of my face and said she would make another. The second latte I received was made with oat milk which i did not order. I went to tell her and she denied that it was oat milk, accused me lying, and told me she would make me another. She made my latte but didn’t tell me it was ready on the counter, she watched me wait 20 mins for my drink, purposely wasting my time, and told me it was mine after I went up to ask. The third latte I received had virtually zero coffee in it, so I just gave up and walked out. I was a regular at this location, but will be taking my business elsewhere!

This place has the best baristas, and service. They essentially have my order memorized, unless I feel like tweaking with it. Cece and Autumn and Sam and Cody are awesome! This Starbucks could be considered the standard, in my opinion. They even handle the influx from school starting and ending efficiently.
