Nice atmosphere and good service . Can get busy during the morning rush hour and if there is a conference going on then expect even greater delays. Staff seemed to be doing a decent job keeping up . Location is good inside the Hilton hotel for a quick snack and cup of coffee

The free refill policy is on their table but they refused to give me a free refill of a hot brew because my first order is not a hot brew. Per Starbucks policy, the free refill policy applies regardless of the original drink. I also chatted with an online agent and she confirmed that, but what can I do with them? The manager also said that they are with Hilton and they are not a corporation of Starbucks.. Hilarious ..

Swung by in the evening while I was in town this past week to pick up a drink in the evening. It was great and service was wonderful. However there was strong smell of body odour in the vicinity. It wasn’t near the counter so I don’t think it was the baristas. It also wasn’t there when I first walked in. I think it might be the security guard that works there. They showed up after I came in.

The staff at this location were nice. But I am upset to read that Starbucks is taking legal action against Starbucks Workers United, a worker led union. Coffee house workers have the right to organize without facing harassment. It was also hard to find parking.

Nice place to grab a snack and definitely a coffee with a place to sit and relax as well. Right now there doing more holiday oriented drinks but they offer a few extra choices depending on the time of the year.

I’m staying at the Hilton Milwaukee and had a frustrating experience at the Starbucks downstairs. My father and I waited over 30 minutes for two coffees. Our food was ready by 8:39, but drinks weren’t served until 9:06. One coffee was made incorrectly, and unfortunately, staff weren’t willing to correct it. The service was very slow and left a poor impression.
