Update: Came here for a couple of teas. The Mint Majesty and Chai Latter were perfect. Discussed with the barista the new Oleato (olive oil) syrup. We didn’t order, but were intrigued. While we were chatting at our table the barista (Chris) brought out a couple of samples. Super nice of him. It was very tasty. Might try it during warming weather when ordering a blended drink.
A fairly typical Starbucks. I have been here plenty of times before. The staff are friendly and efficient. There are a few regulars that appear here often.
Today, it was raining. Noticed a big overfilled garbage can out front. Not the nicest thing to welcome customers.

The experience is different every time
I go. My drink order is never consistently made and the drink is not a complicated order. It’s a mobile order and as many times as I have input sweetener on the same order it is always different. There is a reason why I go less and to other establishments more.

Quiet but not the cleanest location.

I’d give zero stars if I could this Starbucks sucks every time we go there I’d say the drinks are right 5/10 times we go and as soon as you confront them about the drink being wrong they get super defensive and with how expensive Starbucks is getting I better get the right damn drink when I’m paying almost ten bucks for one. Also Customer service sucks they’re to busy talking to each other than listening to people tell them their order.

I will come back. Tried their new Apple Crisp Oatmilk macchiato! I shared with the barista that I like it a little on the sweet side so they put a couple extra pumps and it was amazing. Service was good accurate and fast.

i’m just so irritated by the fact that i SPECIFICALLY asked for light ice not once, but every time i go and i’m pretty sure multiple people have told them and also had this problem and they still continue to put a BOAT LOAD amount of ice in it?!?! i just never understood why because the description is right on the sticker, it just goes to show they don’t care at all. i told them i wanted light ice and asked for them to take it out when i got the drink and the guy said “i think that is light ice” but does this really look like like ice to you? very disappointed despite the fact the drink is $6 itself.. at least put a little effort into caring about your customers.

ordered my birthday drink online, literally everything about it is wrong you can tell by LOOKING at it it’s wrong. no caramel drizzle on top, barely any on the sides, cookie pieces instead of chips, clearly not an ESPRESSO FRAPPE. I can taste the mocha sauce. the directions are right there. make people’s drinks right PLEASE.
