My husband and I went to Liquid Earth for Valentine’s Day dinner before a concert, and it was absolutely delicious! We love discovering great vegan restaurants, and this one did not disappoint.

I ordered the Valentine’s Day salad special with a cup of lentil soup, and my husband had the Sacred Salad with a bowl of lentil soup. Everything was incredibly fresh, beautifully plated, and full of flavor. I always say colorful food is a good sign it’s nourishing you well, and this meal was vibrant and full of life.

And you have to try their Honey Ginger Spice drink. It was comfort in a mug: organic ginger, lemon, mint, cinnamon stick, cloves, and honey. Perfectly warming for a chilly evening and so soothing.

Their menu is extensive with plenty of plant-based options, and you can truly taste the care in every dish. We will definitely be back!

I wish I could give ten stars, this place is amazing. The wings and homemade vegan ranch were out of this world; the Philly cheese fake and pumpkin muffin were also incredible. I also had the chamomile pineapple Iced tea, which was amazing. They also have an amazing selection of organic teas. The waiter was super friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back here next time I’m in Baltimore.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and it definitely won’t be my last! The food was amazing, and the drinks and smoothie were delicious . We ordered the buffalo wings, guacamole with chips, a sandwich (can’t remember the name), the peanut butter berries smoothie, and the Phat Beet juice. Let me tell you we were not disappointed!

Each item had its own flavor, and you could taste the freshness in every bite. The prices were affordable and reasonable, the staff was friendly and professional, and the chef was clearly on point with his cooking. I don’t live in the area, but every time I’m in town, I’ll be making sure to stop here for a good Liquid Earth meal!

10/10 STRONGLY RECOMMEND.

Everything about liquid earth is wonderful. Always great fresh flavors. The juices are like nothing I have ever had before. The dishes are so creative and the presentation is top notch. This is my favorite restaurant for going on five years. Noble, Antoinette, and Mike, you are amazing. Thank you for your hard work and vision. Every time I dine with you, I feel so grateful for life.

I was in Baltimore and wanted to support a vegan establishment, so I decided to try Liquid Earth based on the great reviews and proximity to my hotel. Although it’s on a busier street, the surrounding neighborhood has tree lined streets (some cobbled) with historic rowhouses. I enjoyed my walk exploring the area.

It was a hot day, and I arrived hungry! I started with a cup of the gazpacho. It arrived with a wheel of lime to squeeze on top and some crisp baguette toasts. The gazpacho was so flavorful, cooling, and refreshing. I could feel my vitality being restored as I finished it off.

For the main course, I ordered the Sacred Salad and asked to add a scoop of the tofu salad. This was a power move! The salad was a feast for the eyes as well as the palate- a work of art! The tofu salad featured pleasingly firm chunks of tofu in a creamy base and it was perfect for scooping up with all the fresh veggies and greens. I finished things off with one of the 2oz juice shots, ‘the uninflamed,’ made with ginger, pineapple, and turmeric. Delicious!

If you’re in the Baltimore area, and even if you’re not vegan, check out Liquid Earth. The atmosphere is welcoming and homey, service is great, the playlist is on point, and the food here is something special!

Noble and the team were very welcoming upon arrival. I was in town for a work trip so wanted to see what Liquid Earth has to offer. Upon entering, the restaurant is a fun and cozy spot with some cool antique figurines on display. I ordered a 2oz shot of Good Guts and the Reuben sandwich with the roasted red onions. Delicious from first bite to the last. Highly recommend.

A friend and I came here for the first time today. I was so excited to have a vegan lunch but can’t tell you how disappointed I was with what I ordered.

Food is supposed to delight the senses. Please see the photo. Nothing about this makes me want to eat it. On top of that, I’m not sure that your kitchen understands what a burrito is. The onions and peppers in a mash of black beans? No sauce? A toasted tortilla? Not a burrito.

I sent it back as inedible and had the pleasure of paying for the experience. No not ok.

I won’t be back.

I have supported this restaurant for YEARS. No MORE. The wife(owner) is rude, dismissive, and acts like they are doing me a FAVOR by serving me. She told me to MY FACE that I don’t have to come back if I don’t want to, but REFUSED to re-make my burger order, so that it was vegan. She said I should have specified vegan when I ordered. I had never had any issues before, and thought they were a vegan restaurant. But she does not have to worry about me anymore: they can kick ROCKS!

My partner and I have been traveling back and forth between NC and NJ for his residency, and we’re always on the lookout for great vegan spots along the way, Liquid Earth did not disappoint!

We had the vegan pastrami sandwich, the BBQ sandwich, and hummus, and honestly, everything was absolutely delicious & flavorful enough to tempt even a non-vegan. We shared a cup of the lentil corn chowder & a cookie too too! (Lots of leftovers) The chlorophyll water and hibiscus tea were refreshing and perfectly balanced.

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. We’re so glad we found this gem, and it’s definitely going on our regular stop list. Highly recommend for anyone looking for fresh, hearty vegan food made with care!
