When you request 2 EXTRA pumps, it signifies two additional pumps!! Not just 2 pumps alone. It’s absurd that when you place an order, they accurately repeat it back to you, yet you still receive the order incorrectly! I don’t understand what is so difficult! This has happened more times than I can count!

I have never had a problem here, and the food is good. BUT – the girl with the pink hair has NO CLUE what she is doing. Not only did she put whipped cream on my drink, but she took the drink back mixed the whipped cream into the drink… and handed me back a drink that was dripping whipped cream into my car… When I came in to talk to the manager.. the drink was still dripping whipped cream on the counter, and she ran into the back room to hide…It so sad, because I really like this location, but I will not be back on principle. Like who doesn’t see a drink is dripping and clean it off first – common sense… you can literally see where the whip cream was mixed in.

I’ve had good experiences in the past, but these last two have been terrible. I got charged twice for drinks which was very frustrating because I didn’t notice it in my account till a few days later. The second was I had to wait 17 minutes in the drive thru- for two drinks!! Simple ones as well, just refreshers. And the difference in the drinks?? They are the exact same thing. Super annoying

Probably the best Starbucks location I’ve been to in the whole Midwest. Staff is always friendly and upbeat, even during a rush. Their ordering manager keeps items well stocked, and all staff is very knowledgeable and informed about the menu. Recently I placed a mobile order for an iced London fog latte only a few minutes before arriving, forgetting that that drink takes quite a long time to make. Somehow staff had it ready within seconds of me arriving and the flavor wasn’t compromised in the slightest! I was very impressed!

I understand working in fast food, i’ve done it before, that being said someone working the window should be able to multitask. I get a drink- altered with almond milk and no whipped cream, and didn’t get either of those! got whipped cream and regular cows milk. Very upset, was too busy to ask for it to be changed, didn’t want to be an inconvenience.
