I had such a great experience at Starbucks today! Megi helped me and she was honestly so sweet and welcoming. Her name tag even had a little corgi on it which was the cutest thing ever It immediately made me smile.
She has such a kind and light energy and you can tell she really enjoys helping people. The service felt genuine and it made my whole visit better. Employees like Megi are what make people want to come back. Thank you for the great service! ☕️

This is the first time I’ve been to this Starbucks location and I’m thoroughly impressed with how the visit went. The staff was very friendly and explained how I could customize my drink, the building itself is spacious and nicely decorated. A lot of other Starbucks are much smaller and feel lackluster with the amount of seating, causing a feeling to be rushed out. This location is cozy with the ambient lighting and modern furniture, all to top it off with the store’s cleanliness. I wish I lived closer to this Starbucks.

I had Taylor help me today and they were absolutely amazing. They helped me find a new drink and I love it. I’ve been there a couple of times and Taylor has always been happy and in such good spirits. They must have known I was having a tough time lately because they even covered my drink for me. I love going there just for Taylor!

I am not a huge fan of Starbucks only because I know other coffee shops have cleaner ingredients and better syrups. I also prefer to support smaller coffee shops. This was a nice Starbucks & the barista was very helpful in explaining that the PS latte I ordered with almond milk does still have dairy in it. No one has ever told me that before but apparently the PS sauce has dairy in it. Everything was great just prefer other shops.

I like coffee shops, and sometimes prefer a locally owned one. This particular starbucks is unique in that it previously was Burger King. When they remodeled they created lots of open seating areas that allow for both large groups and smaller/quieter areas. Staff have always been friendly and efficient.

This one just always has some sort of problem. For one, it’ll just be randomly closed sometimes? Additionally, the wait times are CRAZY here and there is no sense of urgency from the staff. If you’re waiting at the counter to have your order taken, expect to be waiting a while before an employee even acknowledges you.
I tend to just go to the Starbucks the other direction on bluemound by target and Trader Joe’s. Much better service and speed. The employees actually acknowledge you when you walk in there.

I ordered a venti drink thru the drive through and when I received my order, it was only filled 3/4ths of the way. Literally a grande size while paying for a venti. Also drive through speaker was extremely quiet and very hard to hear.
