A very athletic Starbucks. It was clean and warm. The workers were really nice. They did forget to make one of our drinks but they were nice when we asked about it and made it right away.

We walked to get a coffee and planned to sit and play a game of cards. We originally sat at the second table from the door, but there was such a strong smell of urine where we were, that we had to move. My husband couldn’t tell if it was on the seat he was sitting at, so all clothes went into the wash when we got home. The feeling in this Starbucks was also not what I felt at the one I was at earlier this week in West Des Moines. I won’t be rushing back here to sit and enjoy a cup.

I came in this morning about 6:30-7 ish o’clock I’d say, they were very respectful, I’m not sure who was working but I talked to two girls, & I showed them a picture of what I wanted, they made it perfectly & we’re super respectful, thank you so much!!

it’s 8 o’clock in the morning they are one of the busiest Starbucks downtown. I had a $20 order. The lady had to turn me away because she could not break $100 bill. What has this world come to?

This morning, I woke up extra early and wanted somewhere to spend the morning. When I looked to see if Starbucks was open, I noted the one downtown was open. On my way, I realized that the parking meters did not start until my meeting, so I would not have to pay for parking while I completed my work online. Then, when I walked in, the staff was super friendly. They delivered my order to my seat.

It’s one of my favorite hangouts. Typical SB otherwise. The current employees are all cordial. There’s no drive-thru which is a bonus for us car-free customers; however, during peaks it fulls-up so avoid Office Rush.

I have not found a more friendly Starbucks! However, I ordered the same breakfast sandwich multiple days in a row and it was cold in the middle each time. The quality of the space and people made up for it, but they should warm it just a tad longer!
