Was in the area for a funeral for two nights. Ate here both nights because it was very good. Smoked wings are hands down the best wings around. We got them both nights. The potato salad is great. The pulled pork is meh but their fried pickles are a great price for the large order you get. I do not care for the Kens ranch they serve with it at all. They should make a house ranch. Also their hot dogs should only be beef, especially because of the price. Would eat here again if ever in the area.

This was our 1st time here. We are in town for AAU basketball and had a break so we grabbed a quick bite. Overall it was a good experience, the only downfall was the meat was cold .. Not really sure what was going on but never the last the beans and ribs tasted pretty good..and my fried green tomatoes were cooked fresh and delicious

I love Rick’s! I don’t get here as much as I would like. Food is always great. Price is really good. This visit the ice machines (both of them) in the seating area did not work. Counter lady (Lynn?) Was taking orders, getting ice for everyone, and delivering food to the tables. I wish more places had a “Lynn” working there! She’s great! Really good food at a really good price. I highly recommend Rick’s in Ardmore!

The ribs were dry, but the fries and lemonade were pretty good. If I’m eating BBQ out, I want the meat to be top tier. Once again, I’ve found a Rick’s that is disappointing. I will probably not eat at this chain again.

As a very frequent customer; I have been submitting positive comments about my experiences to Corporate for a while but I wanted to share my thoughts with the wider world. My wife and I frequent this establishment often, sometimes twice a day, when work is crazy. We love the employees and the food is wonderful. They do a terrific job. Going to Ricks is often a highlight of our day because Rick’s is like family! My Wife & I enjoy interacting with the employees and learning about their lives – especially the younger crowd as they maneuver thru life, school & career choices.
The Manager, Bridgette, is second to none; Polished Professional.
There are lots of people working hard behind the scenes. We think Daniel is just great — enough said! Miranda is amazing and intelligent with loads of potential as a restaurant manager. Chloey has an infectiously positive energy and did an amazing job taking care of my wife tonight who was exhausted. Christian is awesome and always goes out of his way to make us feel welcome. Krissy is one of our favorites & we love seeing her. Kevin is a great guy whom I look for each time I go. I know I am leaving some folks out but I want the entire Rick’s Team in Ardmore to know that we appreciate them.

Great location, locally owned. Service was great. Employees were very nice & friendly. Cole slaw was exceptional, green beans were good. The meat basically had no flavor as per my wife & me. Baked beans tasted like they came out of a can. BBQ sauce was nothing to write home about.

Every now and again you stumble across one of those places on your travels that is a local favorite. Ya walk in and are greeted by Lynn, one of the best dern employees you’ll find anywhere. The rib plate was spot on!! I just let Lynn order for me since this is my second time and you should as well.. she will make certain you get the goods! Exit 1 on I-65 …. Now me personally I likely won’t be back.. They have a GM named Bridgette that probably shouldn’t be in that position. Wouldn’t take time to talk to customers when they requested her.. said she’s busy .. oh well, they partially got it right. Stop by there anyhow and just avoid the GM..
