I’ve gone thru the drive thru several times here, but today I went in for a meeting. The staff was amazing! We got our drinks in nice mugs/glasses, after a little while, someone came by and offered us water. I asked for a to-go cup and they even transferred my drink for me. Ive loved this place since they opened but thats because I only came before 6am. Morning shift on week days is absolutely perfect every time I have ever came in. But anytime I have came in the afternoon or on a weekend its pretty bad. I ordered my drinks online at 5:05 and I’ve been at the store waiting until 5:30 and this definitely is not the first time this has happened. I’ve been standing here this long with nobody asking me about my drink as well and I have not seen one customer the whole 20 mins I’ve physically been here.

I’ve been wanting to give this location the benefit of the doubt since they are a new location, but recently orders have not been accurate or missing something from the mobile app.
My last visit I placed an order with two items and noticed one was not even close to what I ordered, not sure how matcha frapp is close to caramel ribbon crunch. Couldn’t wait for correction so had to take what I got.

Super rude staff. Made drinks way out of order and someone with their kids was serviced before me even though I stood in line and ordered 15min before them and it was the same and ONLY drink I was waiting on. I mistakenly had one of the other orders lemonades, which are the same drink, that I ordered long before them and was waiting for. When I brought this to their attention that I ordered it first and should receive it first she snatched it and dumped it out and said now she has to remake it.

We stopped here and I wish that we didn’t. The guy with long hair was grumpy and didn’t care to talk to us at all. He fixed our drinks spilling all over the cups. We ended up throwing the drinks away because we couldn’t drink them. They were completely loaded with caramel. I was disappointed that I ended up calling the Starbucks. The same guy was on the phone I told him the reason for my call and how unhappy I was with the service and the drinks… he told me ok! Not even an apology.
