They have mobile order parking by building and if you didn’t place a mobile order you have to walk a lot farther to get in and the parking lot is dumb.

We stopped in last night, just before close and I was so grateful they were still open, until we tasted our drinks. We ordered two mocha Frappuccinos and got chocolate powder icee. They were disgusting. I don’t know what was forgotten but it was to late to go back as we were traveling and they had already closed. Waste of money and won’t be stopping there again.

The crew that works here is absolutely amazing. During these difficult times of random items being backorder (they unfortunately can’t control their inventory, all they can do is order what is low and wait for it to appear, same as any other business) they are able to suggest many different options to try. You aren’t able to redeem points at this small franchise, but that doesn’t stop me for enjoying what the have to offer.

This Starbucks is inside of the grocery store. Typically, my husband and I don’t like going to these because the staff seem unprepared or not fully trained like “real” starbucks stores. But, these ladies surprised us! Our drinks were made well and I didn’t wait more than 3-4 minutes for our drinks! Excellent starbucks!

This Starbucks is in newton.coming back to cedar rapids from desmoines our family stoped later in the day. Just one employee and several customers. Our order was 5 drinks alone. Have to give this worker credit . She made the orders correctly and even though understaffed she didn’t complain and was very polite. Thumbs up to this employee .
