Never once have I seen such poor service at a Starbucks they always ruin my drink I’ve always had a dragon fruit refresher at other Starbucks and they always get it right it’s supposed to look like the second photo. Their explanation to the no color is that there are no dragon fruit pieces. I’ve had this drink messed up 3 times so far I am never coming back here again I hope they can give me compensation for this. Asked for it made on the app. Ignored me when I asked for it to be remade and they had no response. Horrible service. Still charged me for the mess up.

I recently visited this Starbucks hoping to find a new favorite spot, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt off. The employees, including the manager, seemed rather rude and unwelcoming, which set a negative tone for my visit.
I ordered a couple of drinks, but they were not made correctly, even after two attempts to fix them. I understand that mistakes happen, especially with new staff, but I believe it’s the responsibility of the management to guide and support their team better. It felt like there was a lack of leadership, especially when there are clear recipes available for reference.
To top it off, the drinks were overly flavored and not sweetened as I had requested. It was a bit of a letdown, as I was really looking forward to enjoying a nice cup of coffee. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location. I hope they can improve their service and training in the future, as it has potential if they can get the basics right

Manistee Starbucks is a new place in town and I couldn’t be more excited. The employees are nice and friendly. They are still working out their kinks, and still in the training process. Be mindful to give them grace while they train because it can take longer than others.

I have been there a couple times and each time my order was wrong. I decided to try them one more time today and my drink was wrong again I asked for 2 extra pumps of vanilla they only put 2 in there total when it should have been 5 total I asked for extra sweet cream and I didn’t get that and then I asked for salted caramel cold foam they gave me non dairy. Staff is nice but I think they need more training.

The coffee did not taste right I understand being new and all but the barista did not make the coffees right obviously this place is franchised on because a corporate Starbucks would not mess up to this degree. I know they are supposed to undergo training on how to make the drinks.

I keep giving this place soany chances cuase it’s the only one and they are new so.i try to give them grace but every single time my drink is messed up every single time it’s never what I ordered or even close to the picture on the app and it’s pricey to be paying for stuff u are extremely disappointed with idk what to do even when I ask for it to be fixed it’s not even close to what it should be I’m so sad about it cause there’s literally no other Starbucks for like a other hour drive
