Not all smoothie kings are the king. This location is really dirty. There is usually only 1 person working (on a Friday) and is taking orders, handling money, and then making the smoothies. No gloves. No washing hands. The blenders looked dingy. The whole experience was ick. The bathroom was so gross. Not coming back to this location.

I ordered online the toast with the bananas, strawberry and blueberries on them and I ordered a smoothie when I walked in the place smelt burnt and so when I got to the car with my order, I took a bite of my toast and it was burnt. it was hard and under the bottom was black so I asked her to remake it well this time she didn’t toast it so it was Cold And not toasted and she said it’s because she didn’t want to burn it so I just asked for my money back and she said I can’t do that so I asked to speak to her manager and she said there was no manager so I asked her so what am I gonna do about my money and she asked if she could just remake it so I said that’s fine if it would be right because I want what I paid for so she asked if she could just use the same fruit from the last toast which is fine no reason to waste food, but that whole experience was just terrible because you knew that toast was burnt and you still chose to give it to me and then refused to refund me

About 6 months ago I ordered a smoothie bowl and there were 2 ingredients they didn’t have. They were nice over the call and worked with me to swap ingredients, no problem. Last week I order just a coffee smoothie and I get a call saying something is out. I told them I didn’t want a replacement and to refund me. 2 days later, still no refund so I call to get it again. 2 days later, still no refund. Called once more and no answer. Just be aware that if they tell you they will give your money back they won’t. Constantly out of ingredients; taking peoples’ money. Never returning here again.

Came in today at about 10:30, the worker was very nice and sweet. I didn’t know what I wanted and the app was loading slow, she was very patient and assisted me once I was ready! 10/10 see you next Saturday!

Says they open at 7am but last two times I’ve come by (including today at 9:17am) they are not open. But when they are open their smoothies are good.
