The 2 girls working today deserve a raise they did so good. It’s Thursday the 23rd I’m not sure of their names. This Starbucks Only had 2 girls on they were understaffed and decently busy but the two young ladies were working very hard and still had smiles on their faces and good attitudes they did good with what they had!

Super fast service. I’ve ordered both breakfast and lunch from the menu. Always hot and delicious. The coffee is good, as well as the Chai Tea I’ve had. The place is well lit with nice music playing. There is plenty of seating. There is also wifi, and there is an area where you can purchase coffee, cups, and other items to take home with you. In the corner they have some super comfy chairs where you can wait. There are two bathrooms available that have always been clean on each of my visits.

Me and my friend walked in and waited about 10 minutes until an employee came up to us to get our order, they weren’t busy, just simply talking with each other and laughing. Then we finally got our drinks and the lids kept falling off and would not stay, we had to go back to get a whole new cup for our drink. I also asked for light ice on both drinks, got more ice than drink….I do not recommend this Starbucks.

I ordered one beverage for pickup and inquired about it long after it was supposed to be finished and was brushed off by the barista who didn’t even check her tickets to see if it was coming up. After waiting over 20 minutes after it was scheduled to be ready I had to leave for an appointment and didn’t even have time to get refunded. This location either needs more employees or better trained ones. Lots of customers who came in after me received their drinks, which could have been corrected had the barista checked her tickets.

Worst lattes. Ordered two venti mochas for the road for my wife and I. Two miles down the highway we took our first sip, it was like drinking warm chocolate water! NEVER going back there. This was our third try in a year. Hoping they would get their act together, this store has some quality issues and I am sure they know what they are and don’t want to fit it.
