Normally it’s pretty Decent,Never have gotten fresh biscuits since going there but overall, decent!! But the last time I went we Got the 8 piece bucket and 2 large sides…None of the chicken was fresh,Way to hard and dried out..More then likely I won’t return,Way to pricey these days to get a meal like that…

This is the most modern and cleanest KFC I have ever seen. The food was outstanding and all of the workers were very friendly and helpful. This restaurant was very easy to get into and out of without issues. There is plenty of parking. They get really busy at times but the service is always great. I will definitely continue to visit this location.

Inside of store was very clean compared to Greensburg Indiana and Batesville Indiana. I had a carry out of 6 biscuits without a problem the biscuits were fresh and not hard. Madeline was very helpfuf compared to the two others I have delt with.

If I could give a zero for service at North Vernon, In KFC, I would! From the time I walked in there to order they were rude, the girl at the counter was rude when I was asking about a “deal” that was on their menu board. It was very evident that she did NOT want to answer any of my questions! I told her nevermind, I just want the 16 piece. Everything was shoved into one bag. Everything, including the 16-piece bucket, 2 containers of mashed potatoes, cole slaw, Mac & cheese, a box of biscuits, and 2 small containers of gravy, one bag. I asked for another bag, please, and explained my house is on a hill with lots of steps to climb, and splitting it into 2 bags would make it so much easier. When I got home I pulled the paper bag with the gravy out and the bag was soaked in gravy so it fell apart and dumped all over the chicken! The lid was not secured on the gravy! I called and told them and he told me he would replace the chicken and gravy. When I got there I pulled to the drive-thru and he asked me to pull up and wait and he would bring it out. I waited 15 minutes, nothing. I went inside where they were all standing around the front talking so I asked about my food. They said they had a lot of orders so mine was not ready! I had to wait 14 minutes before it was done! Why wasn’t I told this when I called?? When my food was finally done the bag was tossed onto the counter and she said “16 piece”! No apologies for the spill, or mess, no apologies for the wait, and no thank you was given! I’ll never go back. JayC chicken is just as good if not better!
Also, the pot holes in the drive are RIDICULOUS! I’m sure they make enough money to be able to get them fixed! Have some pride in your store and your employees! Hire some employees that will make you proud!

The updated interior and seating area is very nice, much more modern, and a thousand times cleaner. Service quality has gone up and now that they’re not trying to run two restaurants out of one building, the food tastes better.

Ordered take out for 8 p.m. last night at 6:07 p.m. Got to KFC at 8:04 p.m. and they said it would be a 16 minute wait for chicken. We only have 30 minutes for lunch so we had to go somewhere else. Said we couldn’t get a refund except on app and it will not work.

Ordered door dash 3 times now and everytime there is something wrong and everytime I never get any sauce. Even when I pay extra for alot of sauce. I ordered today and there was no sauce (as usual) no straws, no sporks for mash potatoes, cold food, no pickles on pregant wife’s sandwich (thanks for that KFC) and they put chicken strips instead of a patty which really isn’t that bad but dint help. I called and spoke to someone about the sauce and he was cool and apologized but lawddd I just want my dang sauce. Please do better KFC. Sincerely, a fellow chicken lover.
