Terrible experience! They got our order wrong on all three drinks, I was fine with one of the drinks but needed two to be remade. The barista was really rude about it all. Even though my order was $18, a significant amount of money to me, it seemed she thought I didn’t deserve the drinks I ordered. At one point, while I was waiting with other customers, she pointed me out and said “I’m sorry about your guys’ wait, I had to remake her order!” I which I found to be incredibly uncomfortable, unprofessional, and rude. I also never received an apology for my wait, only blame for the other customers’ experiences. I paid for this treat with what was close to an hour of my life via wages, and I expect decent treatment and the correct order in exchange for what I’ve paid. When I did finally get my drink, it looked nothing like what I ordered, included this disgusting unmixed water/syrup at the bottom, and was missing its cold foam. I would avoid this Starbucks at all costs, I wish I had just asked for a refund and left.

This place is my second home! The people are beyond amazing never for a second have I left without a smile on my face from the team. They are very warm and welcoming from start to finish! I highly recommend even if your having an issue you reach out because they do their absolute best to correct it when others might not.

I wish this location would turn off online ordering when then are busy. Anytime I order to this location in the morning via app my order sits pending for 20 to 40 minutes and is not “in process” until I show up and tell them I am here. Then it’s typically another 10-15 minutes wait once it’s “in process”. I completely understand a wait when busy but it seems like the process for this location is to accept online orders but only make them when you are there and give them your name. If I’m able to order ahead, I don’t want to wait in store for 15 minutes, it defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. It’s happened to me 5+ times at this point and it’s just not worth it anymore

Everytime I place a mobile order I end up waiting well beyond the time stated. Every. Single. Time. Place the order at home. Drive 12-15 mins there. Wait inside for another 10 or more before my simple one drink order is ready. Meanwhile the drive through has cleared out numerous times over. 25+ mins for a drink is unreal. This has got to be addressed. It’s an unacceptable wait time, especially when the app gets the time SO wrong.

I rarely give a one-star review – this might be my second or third time. (And I’ve written a lot of reviews.) I waited 30 minutes today for one frappucino. I ordered at the counter, and understand that people were ahead of me that had previously sent in orders via the app or drive thru, etc. However, several names added on the screen under “Received” after mine, and after about 20 minutes and watching the names move from column to column, but mine never moving, I asked the person at the counter, who told me there was someone working the cold bar, and that they fill the orders in the order that they are received. This was definitely an absolute lie. They put the names on the board alphabetically rather than first in – first out so you never know how many people were served before you. I was standing in line to request my money back and to cancel my order when my name finally moved to “in progress.” When the barista handed me my drink she said, “sorry about that wait.” I will absolutely never go back to that Starbucks on the beltline just south of the Grand River. I texted someone who was waiting for me to come visit at 7:27 am just after I paid for my order and began my wait. Then I texted that person at 7:58 am when I finally got my order to let them know I was finally on my way. 30 minutes to make a single blended coffee drink… Wow. If you aren’t ordering ahead, pick a different local coffee shop.

This place is a drive through with a small space for off the street orders. We got the Sumatra coffee, which was good, but our server seemed to want to be elsewhere. She wasn’t friendly nor did she greet us walking in which is weird.

I stood in the Starbucks today for five minutes and no one greeted me. No one took my order so I up and left. I decided to go down the road to the east beltline one and when I walked in, there was less people working more people in the restaurant and they got to me in two seconds to add on the ones on Northland, there is a group of workers in the corner, just chatting it up and laughing when they could’ve came up to me and helped me

No different than any other Starbucks. They all seem to be built on the same design and higher the same staff of people. They are polite and friendly efficient. However I would much rather be at a Caribou Coffee or a bigBy’s Coffee House.

My sandwich is done 10-15 minutes before my coffee is. Sandwich is cold and I’m still waiting for coffee. App says 5-8 minutes coffee took over 15 little ridiculous.
