I bought this coffee this morning and this is how they put real honey in the coffee. Plastic whole unopened bag of honey in hot coffee. I was sipping on it got in my mouth then start vomiting..!

They got me and my friends orders wrong. The employees were being brats and laughing with eachother but when I asked them to correct my drink they ignored me and glared. Usually they treat us well but these employees were just straight up rude.

I LOVE this location! I love everyone that works there! They greet me by name, we ask each other how each other are doing. They are always quick, even when busy! They’re the ONLY location that does my drink right! Venti Iced Vanilla latte with the signature roast instead of blonde roast with an extra pump of vanilla and an extra shot of espresso. The west main location played with new flavors of cold foam and chit chatted with each other while I waited there almost 10 minutes for my mobile order to Finally get started, and they weren’t busy and my drink tasted like old burnt coffee. Gross! But the stadium location never fails me. Even during my pregnancies they made my different quirky requests perfectly! And always with kindness. They don’t hire mean or lazy people. I literally love the whole crew there!!

This morning at 5:40am-ish I goofed and sent my order to the wrong store. And went to the wrong store. The girls were quick to resolve *my* issue. It was my own fault for being half asleep and not paying attention. They were kind enough to make my drink at their store on short notice. Please be kind to your baristas! These girls were so sweet and on it. Thank you so much.

Honestly one of the nicer Starbucks I’ve been to! Had a rough night so I stopped by for a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and a new tumbler for fall. Immediately when I walked in, I was greeted by a chorus of good mornings and had pleasant conversation with the baristas, made my entire day! Dining room was very clean, organized, and the coffee was amazing as always. Highly recommend this Starbucks! Thanks Mere and everybody for brightening up my not so great morning, that was the boost I needed.

Sadly 2 specialty coffee now are almost $20 bucks is ridiculous when you can order 3 beers at your local brewery for $6 each, this is mind blowing, support your local coffee shop this company do not deserve your hard earn money, In the Kalamazoo are are several family owned coffee shops. Another coffee not correct and not even full!! Ordered a grande’ pumpkin spice latte no whip and got a plain latte instead. Felt a little light so I looked…shocked!!! Not even full.
Since I already drove off and in a hurry I didn’t have the time to go back and wait in the long line again…what a rip off!!!!
