I love the energy of the space at their 637 E Michigan Avenue location. It’s always busy, but in a positive way. My last experience was during/after a snowstorm and there were a lot of people ordering and waiting for orders. The staff’s fun attitudes & music kept things light, and it just felt homey and welcoming. My drink was perfect and my meeting acquaintance and I sat in the lounge and enjoyed the vibe as we talked shop. Overall great experience!

This Starbucks location is always welcoming and efficient! Last week I placed a large order for an event I was having and they had everything prepared and ready to go at time of pickup even though it was during their busy morning rush. They packaged everything nicely and included extra cups, lids, and cream which was greatly appreciated. I will be ordering again from this location for future events.

The service at this location is very fast and the staff is very friendly. When I first moved to lansing I was upset that the nearest Starbucks was a bit too far for me and inside an hospital which is inconvenient. This location has such a beautiful aesthetic. Looks classy and fresh. Will definitely be conducting my study sessions here

I called about the bear cup and hello kitty merch, and I was very nice about it. I know they have probably gotten a lot of calls and I didn’t want to bother but ofc not waste my gas going to each store. The person interrupted me saying they were out of everything, and when I was going to thank them, they just hung up on me. They had an attitude and it was rude for hanging up! I get that it’s the morning and you probably have gotten the call many times, but that doesn’t mean you have to be rude!

Came here to meet a friend for coffee. Staff seemed nice. At the time of posting this location has only been open for two months. The seating area and decor was clean with a warm ambiance. It’s cool that it’s in the old lansing train station building too. At the end of the day, it’s just a Starbucks. I hope they continue to treat their staff well.

They literally can’t make a strawberry açaí to save their life it always tastes like water. Whenever I want one I’ve just started going to a Starbucks further from me bc this one hands me clear pink lemonade with no strawberries ☹️ always nice workers and fast service though
