Stopped by on a Sunday morning and it was empty, I was immediately greeted by the barista. Ordering was quick and my drink was done perfectly. The store was immaculately clean including the bathrooms.
There are plenty of places to sit which makes this great for students (I used to study here in college) or just for people stopping by to chat with each other. The artwork on the walls is a nice touch including the Spartan decorations in the back.

I ordered a pumpkin spice latte, came to pick up and there is no whipped cream on top, just a regular flat lid. I double checked my order to see if I took off the whip cream, which I didn’t. Stood there for a couple minutes trying to get someone to help me putting on some whipped cream, they just glanced at me then turn around making drinks and talking loudly. Not happy with the visit at all

I have ordered door dash almost everyday for the last 5 months. In the beginning my drinks were perfect. Then it started getting inconsistent. The last 2 days I have received wrong sizes and coffee that appears and taste like pure milk. Now I order extra shots in every drink usually totalling 6 shots. Door dash will no longer give me credits so I reached out to the manager Paige she was pure nasty to me treated me as if I was trying to get free drinks. Telling her I just want what I ordered she was terrible. Unfortunately this is the only location door dash services where I’m located. So the 20$ I’m spending every morning will no longer be going to this location. It’s so unfortunate.

The staff at this location is always very polite and kind. Today I placed an order that requires modification to a certain drink. I have been ordering this drink for the last 15 years at Starbucks. I explained the order to the young lady working at 7:50 AM and she was very intelligent and astute enough to understand what I requested. I was impressed, and she actually rang it up properly for the correct price. I send my Gratitude to the employees at this Starbucks. Thank you for being kind, and astute.

I asked for 2 nitro coffees. With 5 fingers of almond milk and room for sugar. This is what I was handed nitro filled all the way up and a cup full of milk with no room for sugar. I guess this Starbucks thinks their customers should pay their outrageous prices and have to make their own coffee.

My order is different depending on which barista is there, so there needs to be more consistency. Also, my mobile orders are always 15-30 minutes to be ready… Not an issue of the baristas, but more so due to poor management.

I don’t leave reviews often, but I recently placed an order for delivery and didn’t have the best experience. I had ordered the Spicy Falafel pocket along with some other items. When it had arrived, the label said “Spicy Falafel”, so I started to eat it. Only to realize, there was chicken. I have been vegetarian for 8 years. This is super messed up, because they shouldn’t have labeled it as the VEGAN one, only to put the one that has meat in it.

5/6 times in the last couple of weeks I have been given the wrong drink. 4 times someone missed the mocha part of the iced coffee, I for sure said it. Today there is no ice, and I definitely said iced, as I don’t drink the hot ones. Tired of having drinks remade because someone isn’t listening. McDonald’s has better accuracy, and costs much less, and is a closer walk
