Absolutely a wonderful crew! I often visit this location and get special drinks due to dairy intolerance and they’ve never failed me! If they did I wouldn’t even be upset because of how strong their customer service skills are! Great job

I came in at 7:25 for my mobile order, i have been a regular for about a month now. i see the same beautiful faces every day. today was one to remember and i wish i got Their name…
i usually get 4 blonde shots on ice, 1/2 of whole milk, 4 white mocha and extra cold foam.
today i got my drink, no cold foam, AND I HATE SAYING ANYTHINGGGGG because i used to be a barista at a different location so i tend to deal with it. but today i worked up the courage to say something. THEY WERE SO KIND!! and i know its their duty to be kind on the clock but the person on this locations Cold Bar reached over and ALSO apologized and was so forgiving about me being “one of those people”
let’s just say todays coffee tastes sweeter than yesterday’s, thank you so much for making my morning whoever was on Cold Bar at 7:25am 10-9-2025 you made my busy morning a lot better than it started.

Best Starbucks I’ve ever been too. The staff are always so nice. I work more than 10 miles away and I still always order from them because they are so amazing and awesome. They are always nice and in a good mood. Cheers me up just walking in and seeing there faces. Makes my day a whole lot better when they write messages on my cups and bags too. My favorite store. If I could do 10 stars I would. They all deserve raises and appraisal.

I usually go thu the drive thru, sometimes go in. I have mill allergies. They’re always accommodating. If the person at the window doesn’t know they always grab another person but most of the time most of the people taking my order are very privy to items containing dairy or look it up quickly! Ty for being so allergy friendly and never making me feel like a burden when the lines always hopping ! Very quick and efficient
