Such a great location I went through the drive-through and asked the sweet girl to surprise me with something iced, and she really went above and beyond! It was amazing!

I like that there’s options healthier options but the baristas here in this location suck. I have ordered here many times and they tend to mess up my orders quite often.This was the last time. I asked for a medium iced coffee with almond milk and sugar free vanilla syrup and a sandwich. That’s it. She asked me like a cold brew? So she didn’t know the difference between cold brew and an iced coffee yet coffee shop. Got it. Anyways I pull up and it was a hot coffee ♀️. Tell me how the hell do 2 different people NOT know the difference between hot and cold. Between iced coffee and cold brew. I was so angry because Starbucks is expensive and I thought they could handle the simple order. Never again coming there.

I’ve been in this Starbucks multiple times and have always had fast service. The only complaint that I would have is the amount of time it takes the baristas at the front (serving coffee) is to acknowledge you when you walk inside the store. For example, the restroom was out of toilet paper and the baristas serving did not want to acknowledge anyone trying to make eye contact with them and I’m sure one barista heard me and ignored me. The first barista to acknowledge me regarding the lack of toilet paper was the sweet barista that first waited on me. Starbucks is clean and the coffee is hot and tasty. The last visit they did not have the ingredients for a Caramel Frappe, but they tried to make something similar for my son that tasted close to that. You can dine inside or outside or get your beverages and tasty cakes through the drive thru. To get in line for this drive thru takes some Jedi skillz and the line is sometimes long, but it is with it. The bathroom is clean. The interior isn’t as comfortable as the location in Grand Bianc, but this store is definitely worthy of five stars.

Why? It’s friggin coffee, folks! It functions the same way as coffee you get from a gas station. Ridiculous. Water and beans for $12, and the madness of trying to decode their menu selections for COFFEE. Then the snobbish attitude the coffee servers display a you’re trying to decide (barristas,ha!). Tim hortons is right down the road.

Well wanted to take my daughter for a “free” birthday drink. The girl never said she didn’t get one. She started to say unfortunately.. then never finished and let me ask the question I had about drinks… and we ordered our drinks.. was charged for all them and she didn’t give me the recept and basically the look in her eye and how she took it like hod bc she knew it was free. I asked a girl who made the free bday drinks and ahe said it’s with an app. I never done it before so didn’t know. Such a shame

So I have not been to a Starbucks in a very long time for this reason……the wait in every one of these I’ve been to in Florida and here is unacceptabley long!! The pole in the picture hides a few more people. This coffee is not worth that wait. (I ordered the Frappuccino, and I must tell you the Mcdonald’s frappuccino is way way better and tastier!)
Why dont they hire more people?? I’m only here because I got a gift card. I won’t be back. I suggest adding more employees to ALL stores for better customer service!
