Our local Jersey Mike’s on Peters Creek did a great job work customer service and the making of our delicious sandwiches. Chipotle Cheese steak #43 is so tasty on rosemary bread plus we ordered the original Italian on wheat bread. Very personable staff!

As I walked into the jersey mikes I was starred at by Aliyah and not greeted. So I decided to speak and say “Hello!” As things were very awkward. Aliyah didn’t speak back which is the sandwich maker in the photo , she just laughed . I’m not sure what the awkward stare, laugh or not even greeting me was about but I felt very unwelcomed and uncomfortable. This is my first time at this location and it just was not the best experience. Customer service needs improvement . As I noticed Aliyah greeted other customers , I was never greeted. When I said hello, not one worker said hello back. The process of placing my order was smooth. Sanitation of the restaurant was great, 99.5 out of 100. Food was amazing! I ordered the Buffalo chicken sub.

How in the world do you have 4 people working and it takes 30 minutes just to get one sandwich. When I came in it was 2 people in front of me. And they didn’t speak when I came in let’s start there.The African-American girl was the only one….(ok customer service) They say they are getting a lot of online orders but it clearly seems someone doesn’t know how to prioritize the orders. Melissa then looks over my order starts a person that came after me made his 3 sandwiches then made mine, she kept looking at me as if she knew she was wrong but never corrected the mistake. make it make sense . A manager needed to fix this problem fast. This is ridiculous!!

Just a hopeless location. Decided to give them a few months to get it together since the initial opening but they are still struggling to understand how to run a business. Tables were gross and unkept and after giving them 20 minutes to prepare my mobile order they said they were waiting on bread. Wow. You don’t have bread ready and you’re a sandwich shop. Jersey Mikes is great, just not this one. Order from any other location but this one.

I’m not sure if there’s a miscommunication between customer and the store but if you order from here on like door dash or something, they always get the toppings mixed up. Multiple time I have ordered from here and there’s always something missing or added on it. If you get some food from here, don’t order it, go there and make sure you get the toppings you want or its going to be wrong.

I don’t get it. Hard enough trying to order and then they get half the order done and wait after about 3 more orders before they get the other half done. Highly disappointed with my experience. Not saying i won’t be back but Subway has my business.

I can guarantee you that the owner would not be happy if they walked into this place right now. Dec.31st at 2:30 the place is trashed. 5 employees standing around like they are slow…nobody knows what they are doing. Everything was sloppy! Watching them make and cut my sub was driving me crazy! Took forever to make 3 subs and one was wrong. Its just sad to see such a nice new place run straight into the ground.

Thanks to a Great Manager with Great Customer Service who prepared my Sandwich and it was Delicious!!! He made my Customer Service Excellent! He noticed that I was waiting patiently and made my whole Experience a Very Good one!! Thank You Soo Much!! This happened on 4/15/2025 between 6:30 to 6:50! Cheers to Great Customer Service…You have a life long Customer just for that!! Thanks for making it right!!
