I stop every morning and today was horrible
My coffee cake was doughy and called. I asked for a vinte vanilla cream was told they don’t do that and when I said I get it daily they said oh yes we do. Then at window I was given a grande and paid for vinte.

The coffee was great. It was made perfectly. The service was real bad! I asked if there is a “Hersey or some type of Chocolate drizzle that tops off the cafe mocha”. The Barista got real loud with a chuckle and was extremely rude. The entire time standing there, she was very unpleasant.
It was not busy and I get it when things get bad or you’re just having a bad day, but that doesn’t mean to take it out on your customers. I still gave this Starbucks 4-stars because the coffee was great and perhaps that was just the personality of this Barista???

Was at the drive thru on 8/31/25 waiting for my order. It was taking longer than usual so obviously they were having some problems with the person in front of me. After a drink went back twice for being made incorrectly the cashier on the third time decided to throw the drink at the customers in their car. I was completely disgusted by the behavior. Not only were your employees in the wrong they decided to assault a paying customer. The cops had to get involved. Your employees are disrespectful and cannot do a simple job and there will be repercussions for their actions.

We’ve traveled all over US. One thing we like about Starbucks is the great service, predictable and efficient. Well we’ve tried this location 3 times. First time long wait inside and listened to manager or team leader kind of berate employees while we waited. Second time in everyone inside had drinks and no drive through traffic. Told we’ll be right with you. After watching two employees do other tasks for over 5 minutes, no exaggeration, we left. Well maybe drive through is better. Drove up, no response for minutes, up to window and no response for minutes. What’s the saying. Fool me once shame on you, fool me 3 times, shame on me. Won’t be back. Local Kroger has Starbucks and is worth the walk in.

my friend came in here 8/31/2025 and ordered chai drink that she always does. it was made incorrectly, she KINDLY asked for it to be remade, it was remade again incorrectly. after KINDLY asking a third time, a different employee served her drink, a heavier set man with long dark hair. and when it was AGAIN incorrect, he threw it into her car and onto her. when the police where called every single employee on shift lied and said it “spilled”. spilled on the PASSENGER seat? absolutely appalled and disgusted by this behavior and NO ONE like that should be doing customer service.
