I ordered a pizza with my one top friend after waiting for 26 minutes while knowing that there was example of the lack for management control.
The little ceisser I’m Bryan Ohio Down right does not have there ovens hot enough to cook the pizza pie , the pizza I received was half cooked (doue)and didn’t ever have a sence pizza hot taste. I think it’s important for others to know that there not a good pizza shop .

After waiting over an hour, my pizza is still not ready, they sold it to someone else, pretty sure. NEVER WILL COME BACK! They’re slow on a good day. Try telling me they couldn’t get my 3 meat done cause they’ve been backed up, but my supreme and cheese bread is done and just setting there chilling. Smh! Booo

My pizza was rock hard and barely warm, when i went to ask for a fresh one i was told that my rock hard pizza was up to standards and that when I have gotten soft pizza it was because ovens are always down and they aren’t supposed to be that way. So I guess I was lucky that I was served top quality rock hard cold pizza from what I was told.

You know, they locked the lobby door when they’re short on help. Someone told me I’d go up to pick up the DoorDash. The lobby door is closed now. There’s no sign saying lobby door closed short on help. No sign saying lobby door closed back. No sign saying, go through the drive through, that’s a little ridiculous. You don’t want people expect something at least make them aware. It’s called communication, and if they’re short on help, you know, make people aware of that. It’s just a little ridiculous.

I ordered 2 hot and ready deep dish and a crazy bread. It wasn’t ready, so I waited, then the crazy bread was cold. My pizza had almost no cheese on it whatsoever. Very disapointing.

Ordered a pretzel crust pizza via DoorDash. You’d expect some pretzel salt sprinkled on the crust with a lil getting on the main part of the pizza. With this order it’s like they just dumped a cup of salt across the whole thing and very little on the actual crust that it’s supposed to be on. There’s so much salt that near half the pizza is practically inedible. The only part of my order that has any redemptive value is the Italian cheesy bread.
