One of the quaintest and cutest Starbucks locations around. Right in the heart of downtown Northville. Plenty of parking right outside…shares the parking with First Presbyterian Church. Baristas are really nice and drinks were made perfectly! Great upstairs seating too-Highly recommend!

I get the same thing everyday and I think I can speak to how amazing this Starbucks is because they are always ready with my mobile order and the color never depresses me lol I trust them fully to always deliver and I can’t say that about a lot of Starbucks. I’m so sorry I don’t know her name but she’s got dark long hair and I know I’m going to have a good day if she makes it. Someone give them a raise. And more parking lol

I frequent this Starbucks 4-5 times a week. Barista’s at this location are professional and pleasant. In the last month this location has been out of Pecan Crunch and Pumpkin Spice flavors frequently! Since I frequent this Starbucks often I’m aware they are out of the flavors for a 7-10 day stretch. When I drive – through order I’m not told of this until I order. When I ask for the second flavor they are “out” of that as well. Possibly posting a sign would be much appreciated and customer service focused. When I ask the Barista how long will they be out, they frequently say “oh, I don’t know maybe a week or so.” I’ve had difficulty with a long term Barista Martha and would appreciate if she would talk to me with more respect and kindness. About a year ago she “lectured” me about the status of my cup and its cleanliness I found it very disrespectful and would request she be mindful about her delivery. Clearly this incident made a huge impression because I feel the need to mention it a year later. I cringe when I go to this location knowing I might have to have an interaction with her. This is very sad since this is part of my neighborhood. I’m a happy home owner in Walden Woods. I hope this helps this Starbucks location improve their costumer service.

The drive thru was barely moving so I went in side and proceeded to wait another 30 minutes for my coffee. I stood at the cash register for over 5 minutes before a staff person even acknowledged me. A simple “sorry for the wait” would go a long way. There were a lot of staff just standing around. I’ll never go back

Scam alert, lady at drive through added tip to order!! When she handed me the card reader it was already at tap to pay screen. I asked for receipt she got nervous. I noticed the tip on the bill. I confronted her about it. Then she tried to gas light me and say I pushed it. I canceled my order and got my money back at least. Never going to this location again.

I’ve gone to this location many times before my long days at work…and for some reason they’ve just been missing the mark as of late. Two days in a row I got iced coffee with, in my opinion, around 85% ice. The third day, I even asked for “light ice”. Somehow that made them give me even MORE ice, which I didn’t even think was possible. It’s especially upsetting when a cup of coffee is around 9 dollars, sometimes 10 when you factor in a tip at the end. I’m gonna take a break from here for a while and try my luck for my stupid little morning coffee someplace else. Thanks for the hydration I guess ✋

I usually go to the 5 mile and beck location but happened to be over by this one. Ordered a venti matcha tea extra hot. Get home and the husband opens his drink to find it a quarter of the way empty. Not very pleased.

I never leave reviews but this time may have to. It always ends up being the same person too . I’m going to at least be nice and not name names. But the first isn’t so bad as the second experience!

But the first time having a bad experience I asked for extra crunch of something and they put something else and I told them it’s something else instead and helped them. And she said no it’s not. And didn’t listen so I just said okay and went with it. And when I get up to the windows there guess what? It’s the wrong thing on my drink! 🙂 and the lady’s looking at it like shoot and not giving it. And I didn’t want to wait longer in drive thru because it took longer then usual. so I was like I’ll just take it anyway kind of annoyed. And then drove off.

And then the next time I go inside. And I expected it to take longer anyway because it always does when you eat inside there. Because they care more about the drive thru then if someone ordered something first indoors. And I’ve seen a lady yell at them before and I get why now that customer was so mad now. Because I experienced the same myself. Even though I would never go and yell because I’m not that kind of person and hate confrontation. But also I’m just getting walked over still at this point… :/ And they really don’t give as much a crap for the people eating inside. But so I ordered my drink and food and got the food and me and my mom ended up finishing it that’s chill. And then 20 minutes go by and we already finished our food ages ago so I was like okay I’m just going to see what’s up. And I ask politely to see and she said there’s a wait even though I was the only customer waiting. for 20 minutes. but it’s because they kept only attending to drive thru and not caring how long I waited with new drivers coming in and ordering after me.

But so I was a little bit annoyed, but ends up waiting longer anyway. And then these group of kids come in with the mom and they get their drink as soonnn as they order it five minutes later. and I’m stilllll waiting so that time I’m slowly getting fed up. and then my mom is going up to the front after to talk to someone. and then the second we get up and look annoyed then they are looking at us finally. And see how I’m kind of looking over to the kids how that got theres so soon for only being there for five minutes. and already their drinks and me still waiting now for 30 minutes. and nowww they care about my drink. so I got treated for shit so I don’t think I’m going to go there again! it sucks because it’s the most convenient because it’s close to me and I’ve absolutely loved their Starbucks for so long but now my opinions have definitely changed on it unfortunately. And I was a loyal customer. And also lastly too of course my drink then too still came out wrong too! 🙂 after me paying for extra mocha drizzle with no drizzle in it at all! So wasted extra money with that too! So I see how shitty they treat us
