Horrible service!!!! Two of your baristas were in the back yelling and laughing the entire time I waited at the register, and came out with a complete attitude. Not to mention the FILFTH behind the counter. Trash all over the floor, drinks spilled all over the counter. It was insanity. I will never return.

This is a very nice Starbucks. It is kept neat and clean. The confections, snacks and pastries are appealing. The wait staff is polite, courteous and efficient.
The coffee is hot and fresh. The baristas are attentive and expert at their craft. It’s always nice to visit the counter whether I am heading into Target or one my way out!

I went there just for Starbucks, and was going to do some shopping inside Target since I was there. I stood at the counter. And stood. No one ever came. 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon. No closed sign, place looked very open. I’ve been in customer service of one kind or another my entire life. I cannot stand being ignored. At least acknowledge I’m there, and tell me you’ll be with me soon. I am the most patient patron you will find, but not when I am flat out ignored. I walked out. Didn’t get my Starbucks nor do any Target shopping. Let with a bit of an attitude and I don’t like when places lead me to that mindset. I’ll drive down the road to Tim Hortons and this will be the last time I give this place a shot. My 3rd bad experience, first time I said anything about it.

Paid for a grande Mocha cookie crumble but it was so much syrup and cookies in it, I did not like it after 1 sip. I asked for something different that was same price different flavor, they said they had to give me the mini version because i paid for a big drink… never coming to this Knock Off Starbucks lol

I have always liked this store the best out of the 3 that I have visited in my area. With the Covid restrictions, they are very busy with mobile pick ups, but they have always been kind, unruffled, and have filled my orders correctly every time. Every employee wears their masks and I really appreciate them !

They don’t understand the concept of light ice, argued with me when I mention that the ice almost touched the bottom saying they can’t change the measurements,( seems silly but okay), I asked for a smaller cup with less ice and a receipt becuz I bought a gift, the adittude was a bit much. I understand it might be a little bit of a hassel, but I’m not asking for a lot.
