The pink drink was mostly (80%) ice. Very disappointed with the quantity. The pink drink was also just water with a tint of strawberry taste, that’s it. I recommend not buying drinks like such. Other drinks though, like the frappuccinos was good.

Do not visit this Starbucks unless you want to ruin your MORNING. There’s a staff member with red hair who is ALWAYS rude, it’s ridiculous. I’ve lived by this Starbucks for two years and honestly avoid it and drive to the one on Woodward & 13 because that lady is so gosh darn awful. It’s as reflection on the location as a whole because it’s irresponsible & downright disrespectful to allow this to continue for YEARS!
The evening staff is actually lovely, geez I wonder why!

Lady at the window was incredibly rude, talking condescending and rolling her eyes. Ordered a 16 oz and got snapped at because “it’s a grande”. Also placed a mobile order before leaving our house and she said we “just ordered it at the speaker so we needed to go back to the end of the line”. There was no line and the coffee was literally ready 30 seconds later.
Maybe she is just having a bad day, but if this is the norm at this Starbucks that’s not cool.

Did mobile orders for pick up, super quick and friendly service! I *think* my cup said “yay”? Although it could also say “gay”. Either way, that’s nice I guess.

I just placed a online order that said it would be done at 9:06 am and it’s now 9:26 and my order is not ready the manager never helped me when I informed her she just ignored me . The barista was nice and said they could give me a refund but it would take a minute fortunately some of us do not want to spend 40 minutes standing inside Starbucks I won’t be back to Starbucks .

I’ve never had better service from a Starbucks, I’m not even exaggerating. (And I’ve dated a few sbux baristas!!) Nette was incredibly friendly and personable, even going the extra mile to write a compliment on the cup. She did a fantastic job of making my wait time feel like nothing (a good trick for any drive-thru!) while walking me through my drink order, and she was so patient and pleasant with me. I actually cried a little bit in the drive-thru, because I really needed a pick-me-up and I don’t usually try new locations (I have ~anxiety~) but this was fantastic service, and I will definitely be trying this location again in the future. Thank you, Nette!!

They are a family up there you they hold you accountable and want you to be good they actually ask about and if you actually care enough to get to know them they will feel like you’ve known them forever
If you want something don’t be scared to communicate people still do that you know
They are clean, respectful, and kind
I can tell you I’ve known some of them since I was just a kid anyone of them are welcome over anytime

Ordered and paid for drinks with cold foam, no foam on the drinks. 5 baristas standing around with only 1 doing any work. Not super friendly.

This one is a little late on the review but I still must say, in this case better late than never.
Starbucks had definitely taken the time to hire a targeted type of team member. Regardless of which location I visit I receive consistent service, and it makes me feel like a loyal Starbucks customer.
The Starbucks associate inside of Target on Southfield RD, was amazing‼️ I mentioned to my best friend how earlier that day a Starbucks employee made me smile by dotting my “i’s” in my name with ❤️ just as I do at home.
Challenge accepted❗️ So she took that as a personal challenge to make us smile even harder..
A little friendly competition does the body good.
Stop and visit this Starbucks location !
